My android phone cries because the Truecaller app completes CPU cycles and uses a heavy battery. The entire 6000 mah battery of my phone expires in 20 hours, and it used to come 40 hours earlier. As of July 23, search, address book is not working. Recent calls don’t show either. The phone ID for incoming and outgoing calls is invalid. I cleared the cache and removed but the same problem. Please fix it immediately. The whole group of users is facing the same problem.
I had a problem with Truecaller a few days ago I sent an email to the group, but there was no response. I can’t send messages, when I mark messages to read and unread for a few seconds, which can hit the record immediately after the call. I signed up for this app as a premium member, I wanted to go for gold membership and, if this is how the App responds I better adhere to the standard SMS n phone log. Inform the answer as well
At first I thought it was good and bought an annual premium. Now I see that it is terrible. I can’t send or receive photos. I can’t use voice clips or anything like that. It does not block scam calls or group calls. I contacted supporters and in response they sent me an account creation link. What they didn’t find about refunds and problems with the app ………
I have been using Truecaller for many years. But suddenly from two weeks ago, whenever the calls were received the identified callers. Even if the number is searched, it does not show the phone ID. I have tried to reinstall the App, disable battery usage, clear cache and data but the problem is not resolved. Since nothing can be done to resolve this issue I will be canceling my subscription and maybe going to another phone ID app.
I found an app to block 2 specific numbers, which would not block any of them. I upgraded to their premium in the hope that their “advanced blocking” would stop them … it didn’t work. I have tried to cancel my subscription and actually received a refund within 30 seconds after downloading it, but obviously they are not refunding it. The biggest $ 30 waste I’ve had in a while. Submission.
I have been a premium user for 2 years. This app is being used to my favor. Now .. I don’t know when, maybe after the last update, my user experience went very bad and annoying. Reading a contact, taking action is simply uploaded and uploaded as never before. It stays frozen and is as unusual as usual. I have already sent an email to support and have a Support Ticket, today is almost a week and there is no response. This is troubling because the app is useless now. I’m already thinking of ending this subscription this month.
It used to be such a great app before. Now it is crowded, moving slowly, full of spam itself. And one has to teach their developers the meaning of “No”. When I told the app that I didn’t want to make it my default phone app, why did it continue to bother me. Ideally it would allow me to select features that I would like to use, rather than install other features – like PCs.
