It’s sad to see the app that was once so simple and easy disappear. VSCO took the filters that I used for years and made it unavailable to me. To make matters worse, VSCO has a new bug in the last update. Every time I save an image, it saves a 0:00.mp4 file. Recent reviews have shown that contacting support seems futile.

It won’t save correctly This app has been in my use for five years and it never gave me this problem. When I save an image, it saves both as a.mp4 and regular imagine files. But, when I try to share my saved picture, it won’t post as it isn’t supported. This should be fixed ASAP as I just renewed my membership. If not, I will be asking for a refund.

App saves images as mp4s. Regular videos won’t be saved properly. Presets won’t work properly, so you will have to re-apply. This app is a disaster. It is no longer worth it. I tried emailing customer service but they didn’t make it easy. Instead, you need to submit support tickets. 0/10 do not reccomend.

A completely unacceptable update. Each time I save a picture to my gallery, a strange non-working video also saves. Worst of all, the recipes don’t work properly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck. It seems that you lose your recipies when this happens. It’s not clear why they don’t save to each account. As many others have stated, PLLLLEASE STOP trying to make VSCO appear less minimal. Just make VSCO work properly and stop changing things when they work! (Paid account).

I purchased the membership quite some time ago and have now lost all of my filters and effects. The new filters do not appear. What is the problem? I keep the app updated. Where did all the filters go Edit: I tried to contact support, but as indicated in the reply to this comment, it was impossible to get help. I haven’t received any assistance and still have difficulty accessing filters. Terrible.

The app is useless. Signing in is impossible. Enter my credentials, click on sign in, then close the app and reopen it. I can also not add a PROFILE PHOTO. I have tried this for six days. I have restarted my phone and cleared all cache and data. Based on other reviews, which are automated “we don’t care but pretend that we do” responses to questions, I would say that this app is a loss for me. I cannot even add a PROFILE PHOTO. 1 star is being generous.

VSCO has been my favorite tool for editing my photos and getting the look I want. I have used VSCO for 7 years. Last but not least, when I save an image it saves both the.mp4 and.jpg files. This basically duplicates everything I save. It creates.mp4 files of.jpgs. I can’t find any settings to stop this.

It crashes every time I try to export… it’s not cool. This is a really annoying thing. I love the app. VSCO will lose a loyal customer if it keeps doing this. It crashed for 2 days without saving a single image. It gets 0/5, not even 1/5

It’s unbelievable that an app with so many problems is available for a price that I pay. Each save has created a video file since September’s update! You can do some basic QA! Stop ruining the app! If you find a bug in the app, fix it quickly and push a hot fix. What do you think?

VSCO has been my favorite program for years. However, VSCO now exports my photos in strange video files that no other app can read. I tried every possible method to delete my data and uninstall the app without success. I find the app essentially inoperable.
