So, here are a few issues with the most recent version: There is a noticeable delay in the loading of advertisements. Most likely as a result of their greater resolution than the video itself. I’m not sure what’s going on. 2/3 of the adverts fail to load at all. At the beginning, they’ll remain frozen in place permanently. Consequently, I’d have to end the episode and then re-start it manually. Viki app no longer saves progress, which makes continuing after ad troubles extremely difficult. I used to adore this app, but it has now stopped working. There is a problem with 90 percent of the additions now because of the upgrade. I enjoy the app, however it keeps telling me to “try again in a few minutes” while I view the adverts. When I click “try again,” it will force me to replay the commercials. The problem isn’t with my phone, since all of the other apps operate correctly. I’ve also attempted to connect to two different wifis, with the same results. Vicki and I have always gotten along just well. There are times when I can’t even watch a show because of the app. And clicking on the show I was viewing would reset it to the beginning every time.

Videos no longer play and just advertisements are displayed on the phone. Only displays commercials literally means it only shows the adverts at the beginning of the movie/episode, which means the movie/episode won’t start at all. I understand the necessity of displaying advertisements, and I have no objections to doing so, but if I am unable to view any content, there is no use in using this program. Even after reinstalling the program, this problem continues. While watching on the internet, this problem isn’t visible at all.

I greatly appreciate the effort you have put in. In the last several months, there have been an excessive number of adverts (such as three nonstop ones without the ability to skip them, totaling 1:30 minutes) that are displayed every 10 minutes, and they continue playing even if you navigate between applications and restart play. The programs themselves are nice, but watching them is a chore since I can’t get into them. Also, please lower the annual subscription fees to $4200 – here, I could buy three OTTs for the year.
