The app on my phone has been lagging and stalling continually for the last two weeks, mainly when an ad is starting or finishing. As soon as the screen goes dark, I either exit the drama or go to sleep, and it doesn’t tell me anything. I’m only a few feet away from the box when this happens, and it happens on both data and wifi. Every day, it becomes worse, and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is.

Your effort is much appreciated. In the last several months, there have been an excessive number of advertisements (such as three nonstop ones without the ability to skip them, totaling 1:30 minutes) that are displayed every 10 minutes, and they continue playing even if you navigate between applications and restart play. The series is good, but I just can’t get into them, even if they’re excellent. Also, please lower the annual membership fees to $4200—here, I could buy three OTTs for a year.

The app worked flawlessly at first. It’s completely broken now. When I try to access the shows I’d want to see, I get the message “something went wrong and it’s being worked on, so try again” every time. So I click on it again, and the same thing happens. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and logged out and back into the app. To continue viewing the episodes would be nice, but if this continues, I’ll have to remove and stop using your app altogether.

One of my favorite applications for watching free Asian dramas. There’s a lot to choose from if you’re Japanese, Chinese, or Korean. The software freezes during advertising, requiring the user to leave the ad or program. I’m still seeing this error after removing the app and rebooting my phone. Second, every time you return to an episode, you’ll see an ad.

A few weeks ago, this app was fantastic. It’s been crashing frequently lately because of too much advertising. It’s all but ceased working since the last two to three days. Every five minutes or so, it crashes. After several attempts to get the app to operate, nothing seems to be working. Unfortunately, I’ll have to look for other methods to watch my favorite shows and movies… too bad!
