I’ve been a member since 2018 and this is the first time I’ve felt let down by the app. I’ve lost a lot of my photos, and my stored transpositions of songs no longer work (it goes to whatever the default is for that tab). If this had occurred to me when I was playing, it would have made me much more annoyed since I’d have to re-transpose every song in my set list to the right key every time. This seems to be a common complaint, as I can see from the reviews. UG, please correct it.

Poorly graded tabs are to blame, not the app or website. Thank you to everyone who contributes, but beware of score tabs that are far too high; they can fast steer you in the wrong direction without your knowledge. You should check tabs with reputed online teachers that provide free music lessons in order to get you to pay for their premium courses. Carl 365 is a nice example, but there are many more, and after you’ve confirmed it, you’re all set.

A few years ago I found it to be a fantastic tool, but your upgrades have since ruined that. For example, where is the opportunity to listen to the original music on YouTube? Could you try adjusting the font size? The site and app have become increasingly difficult to use over time, for reasons I can’t explain at this time. Diversity and complexity are great, but they shouldn’t be sacrificed for simplicity and comfort.

Even though I love this app, it seems to be having a lot of issues recently. I’m unable to view any of my photos, even my own, and it’s a frustrating experience. I’ve already contacted customer service and provided them with screenshots of the problem. They promised to check into it, but then never replied to my questions or concerns. However, I’m on the verge of terminating my subscription to pro.

I enjoy the most of the app’s features, but I’m still miffed that when I paid for full lifetime membership a few years ago, they canceled my account, upped pricing, and turned it into a subscription service. There are pop-up ads and no automatic scrolling now, and it’s just… terrible. Sincerely, a long-time user (about 4 or more years now). Favoriting tabs and creating custom set lists are two of my favorite features in this program. Every tab I have previously transposed or adjusted the pace of scrolling on has been returned to the default and will not maintain these modifications. It’s frustrating to see this option removed and now I have to remember to transpose and alter the scroll speed every time I open a tab.
