I bought the lifetime premium pack a few years ago I then left for work in another country, and didn’t utilize it for about three years. Then I returned and, after installing the app on my new phone, to my surprise I discovered that neither the search bar, as well as the categories for searching do not work. After a bit of digging I discovered that the issue was linked with the Italian maps. I contacted the customer service regarding the issue, however, aside from an automated message, there has been no response has been received so yet. This isn’t a minor issueand needs an immediate solution.

There’s an issue with the map, but 3D doesn’t work well enough, it appears more 2D than 3D when driving, it’s very irritating! In the past, there was an option to decide for myself what information I wanted to appear in the bar of information It’s time to reinstate it! I was able to pay for that feature but it was changed to this one. It’s horrible and unhelpful. Bring it back, and I’ll give five stars and think about to purchase more products from you!! Perhaps I’ll opt to Google maps. It’s better and better with no cost,

I like the interface. It’s simple and clear. Offline maps are perfect for my Android head unit that I use in my car. Speed limits that are displayed are 99percent of the times accurate. The remaining times simply read the updates in the display or in your surroundings… This is the less appealing point: they’ve made premium subscriptions. It’s a scam. I am fortunate, as I still have a lifetime license to show ordinary cameras…

Sygic worked well, but then the Sygic support stopped. In the present, they aren’t even bothering to answer questions. It is programmed to English and I’m employing my Thailand map. The search function has become ineffective because the results are displayed in the Thai language. A new map is scheduled to be out in September. This is the 18th of September and there is no map available is available. Three premium subscriptions are available. I was hoping that this new mapping would function correctly. This is a shame! I tried installing the new map, but still experienced the problem with searching. I was unhappy by Sygic support as they did not respond to my concerns. There was a subsequent update, and my search now is working perfectly. The issue was solved, however it was slow.

I purchased lifetime. Initially, it was difficult to connect. Fixed. It is now you can now visit Big Island, Hawaii and few other locations can be identified by the name. Restaurants and major stores are have been left out. Poor! 5 days later and the places are have been put in place! Are they constantly improving? The latest update is 5 May. Sygic continues improving…rapidly. Now 17 Oct 2021. Keeos improving! It was used on a 5,000 mile road journey. Excellent.

Before, I’d have given it an average rating, but lately the majority all “Get directions” have resulted in the “Can’t create the route” error. All of them have been reported without success, since I haven’t received a response from support. Support were responsive before however, they aren’t anymore. To answer the developer’s comment, I’m not sure the route that connects one area or area of Los Angeles to another needs several maps or is overly long.

I love this application. I love the detail of the map as well as the interface of the map and the ability to utilize it without internet connection. My only complaint is that I would like to be able to view restaurants and other POIs when we are in drive mode, as I’m able to only view restaurants and other POIs when I am in walking mode. Apart from that, it’s a excellent app. Update : Thanks for adding every POI that is driving mode!! I love the simple UI Aswell. Super clean looking.
