Excellent software.

Far better at navigating whilst driving especially compared to gMaps.

It kills it.

The one negative, that’s doable, is not as many designated locations and things.

But when it comes to orientation and navigation whilst driving, top notch!

Well done.

And this is for the free version.

For someone who travels a lot, it’s not a waste to pay and just enjoy driving.

If you’re wanting to purchase this app to use on your auto screen with Android Auto, don’t bother, it does not work correctly.

It will not indicate the speed you’re driving and while you’re parked at a red light, the screen jerks a lot.

Some of the options don’t function also while you’re using Android Auto.

After contacting Sygic and communicating the problem to them, it now works flawlessly on Android Auto with the newest version update 22.2.5.

One of the best navigators.

Accurate, practical with rapid recalculation.

In fact information is so abundant that maybe misleading for some (can adjust it at settings) (can fix it at settings).

I turned to Sygic after many years of commitment to HereMaps since it was starting to degrade to the point of becoming bothersome (or worthless – my review is still there…) and I was wary at first.

But Sygic proven to be accurate and safe.

I used it to go from Greece to Romania and back.

Perfect.

Must have app.

Map updates take awhile to download, and download generally fails (ie, trapped with an outdated map) (ie, stuck with an old map).

I like using Waze and Google Maps over this.

Waze and Google Maps download their maps a lot faster, no buggy experience.

And both of them are more accurate when you enter a destination (finds the place you want to go to about >90% of the time).

Been trying to review Sygic for years now, well so finding an address is a bit dodgy (yeah so I use another maps app half the time to locate it first, transfer the info) owing to alternate spelling ways on Sygic but really leaves all others in the dust.

Traffic, alternate routes, downloaded maps so network never a problem, completely excellent.

However, even though I love it to pieces, I feel the original was better: only DL / use what u need.

Getting too huge & slow-new G50 Nokia

I destroyed this app barely 6 months ago.

The navigation in UK was horrible definitely hazardous.

It seems to have reverted to give me useful routes again but verdict out..

However I reset my phone and lost all my favs.

I backed up manually folders but no support whether that could done.

Now included manually most of my EU wide favs and backed up to Dropbox.

I struggle on with the app.

The Dropbox way does work but wish you could do it to Google.

Adding maps -Try adding regions when don’t know name?

I previously purchased the add ons.

The App is extremely nice and performance of the App is improving…

Guidance voice is genuine and not confused like other GPS guidance Apps.

It is incredibly accurate while no one else is present to aid you finding your route.

The only missing step for being a great App is to make it possible to organize “favorites” into personal collections, thus it will be easier to access a favorite spot.

Anyway, five strars rating is a requirement now..

I have been facing couple of difficulties on my android phones, 1) after about 10 minutes of use the display begins shifting colors to the point that the software becomes useless and I need to restart it.

2) Maps are missing significant roadways that have been around for some time ( major cities in Canada ). ( major cities in Canada ).

The software displays blank space.

Both difficulties were seen on multiple Samsung phones, S21 and S22 both ultra Snapdragon version as well as pixel 6 pro, both running newest version of Android 12.

Sep ’22: Still no pleasure for Samsung S22 customers.

Weird display artifacts when using this program.

That said, the S22 has numerous other unusual difficulties, so I ultimately gave up on the Samsung and went back to an old Huawei.

On that phone, Sygic is the greatest offline Nav app, and continues to develop.

While driving, sygic app has crashes and typically loses route, and after that it has to be reloaded but in roming places reinstallation demands specific fee.

This started to happen after the previous update, prior update it was everything okay.

The option Android Car doesn’t operate correctly at all.

Hi there, why you deleted the journey book historical facts such like highest-speed and other essential details?

It was a really valuable information it is a disappointing new version.

And how I can revert to prior version so to have the complete travel book features?

I adore it.

I’ve tried numerous other navigation applications to replace Google.

They constantly seem to come up short.

When I downloaded sygic, not only did it perform what google maps does, but the lane assist function is excellent.

For someone like myself who does a lot of driving, sygic is absolutely the way to go.

Independent of the Google gods.

Offline maps.

Updated frequently.

No data or wifi necessary.

Been using it as my go to, get off the system, navigation.

Doesn’t track and sell your life. 🙌

Its decent and effective however it zooms in too much on its own.

Even when I zoom out.

I had to zoom out every 3 seconds.

Same goes when I rotate the map.

I have bought this program as a one time purchase multiple times previously on different devices.

Now it has turned to a subscription.

A subscription is not beneficial to me.

The developer has responded to my review, clarifying that the versions of the program I have purchased in the past would still operate without a subscription.
