The UI is cluttered, and the TV and phone apps are both unstable and sluggish. All other programs operate perfectly on my TV, but the internet connection is intermittently not working. It won’t function till I restart my television. Netflix, Prime, and Hotstar all require monthly fees, but your app doesn’t. Your software should at least be functional.

It used to appeal to me. But what about current days? More than ten times as many ads are playing in a 40-minute video. There will be three adverts when you first start the movie to view it, and they will appear every 3 to 6 minutes without letting you avoid them. Another series of three ads may have just finished playing, but if a person in a video says something before he finishes his one phrase, another series of three ads may begin. It’s a major pain in the a**. In order to watch videos, I installed it.

The problem is, here’s the deal. This LG TV app doesn’t function as planned. Football is my favorite sport, but after upgrading to a premium subscription, the live matches halt and I have to go back and start them all over again. I’m fed up with it. This app has problems. However, the problem is not being addressed by the developers, and I don’t know why. No epl match has ever buffered for me on Disney Hotstar, which has a high-speed internet connection. Please correct this as soon as possible. Thanks.

The Android TV experience was abysmal. Sony liv is the only app that doesn’t work on my One Plus Android TV. The app is always crashing, and loading takes an eternity. When an ad is playing, the video will suddenly disappear, leaving only noise and a blank screen behind. After a commercial, screencasting automatically stops and the show must be restarted from the beginning when recasting an episode. It’s something that has to be improved upon.

Possibly the worst OTT app ever. Even after so many advertisements, when the content finally appears, the program stops operating after a few minutes, requiring us to reset it and once again watch all the ads. When displaying ads, the app runs smoothly. However, when displaying genuine content, the app crashes. All other applications, such as Disney+ and Prime Videos, operate without any issues. Even though I have a high-speed internet connection, I’m baffled as to why movies are always lagging.

My television set is a 55-inch Hisense (55u6g). Seeing as I wanted to watch the French Open tennis live, I downloaded the premium app and paid the one-month fee. When I’m done watching for a while, I close the app and turn off the TV. It says the internet is not accessible when I turn on the TV later and activate the Sonyliv app. Netflix, Prime, and Hotstar all function perfectly. The only way to fix this is to shut down the television and restart it. The problem was resolved in a matter of days.
