Excellent app. My only complaint is the mixing feature. It does not go through playlists before repeating songs. I have tried many ways to set it up but to no avail. You have to hit the next song too many times for multiple song answers before moving on to playlist. It’s not a big deal, but it’s annoying. If not, 5 stars.
Excellent app. Equalizer is a group of 10 and has an amazing treble and bass slide. I had no problems with audio cuts or playback. It’s very pleasing to the eye, not to mention the amazing Lightshow made with the eyes. I found a little mistake, though. I had to delete the folders and reinstall them on my SD card. When I try to delete old folders, they just reappear. If the dev. reading this, watching this would be great. Thank you Poweramp for making a great music player!
The app has worked well for years just getting a galaxy for free from the mobile they have switched from sprint. With that said I moved my music to my SD and put it on the phone. Now it says when I scan the import or export error without a music error. I went to that and went to my settings and storage and went to the SD card and got the files clicked on to open them with the poweramp manually. Doing this created an error in showing that the storage has been depleted …. this is my only use of powerampp music is important to me!
I’ve been a good and reliable amp amp and I’ve had this app since it was launched or soon after I used it on many phones over the years and it’s still going to take life out of speakers I didn’t know they had. It is good to see their progress. The only complaint is when I rushed to the need to confirm the purchase after the initial installation.
At first I just installed the Trial version because I was still looking for the right music player after the different music player I tried, and yes this is the best one out there and I went and bought the Full version completely it. I love how we can customize the widget to look like vinyl itself.
Poweramp contains 95% of compact features. It is one of the best music players you can buy. Is it expensive? Yes but you have to pay only once; then get it for the rest of your life. I would suggest a way to be able to press a button to convert playback to 432 or 528 hz as it is very pleasing to the human ear and sounds much better. It would be the last thing I would do with using a poweramp and nothing else.
YOU really love this app, it has a variety of cover options for the right album for your songs, options for playing your songs and making playlists. This is the best way if you don’t use your Apple Ipod. I tried other music apps, and I was so worried about whether I would be able to find an app, which managed to filter my music like my Ipod, I saw someone on YouTube recommending this app and I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did that. Buy the full version, it’s worth it. Thank you!
Music player / best android library editor. It is packed with useful features and is ready to be fully customized according to your taste. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating is a malfunctioning setup. I have a library of 2500 songs. I love variety and hearing 150 similar songs over and over again with SHUFFLE on is a problem. If this issue is not resolved I would be happy to donate 5 stars. Great fan !!!
RIP is off, can no longer use high res output. A simple google search reveals this on many devices, Android and Apple, going back to 2017. A refund must be issued. 6-24-21 Renewal – High Res Release no longer valid. That defeats the point of having this app.
So I’ve been a poweramp fan for years, I used it back in the old days of linewire / Napster to play my music on my desktop. For some time it has been PITA to use the full version on my phone. It will not read my SD card. I found that I had to disable heritage sites / files under Settings and then Library. After that I was able to select my SD Card and do a full scan to capture all my music. I’m back to using it as my default music player.
