The app was great, but suddenly the music from my projects stopped downloading to my devices. I have tried to contact customer service several times over the past month, but no one has helped me. The app was not updated to the latest version. Restarting my phone didnt work. I hope they can fix it before the week ends. The customer service is terrible. That is my main complaint. Recently, I got a new phone. I also opened my Mojo account there. Only half of the information I had made in the app was transferred. I tried to contact support but they just sent me the same automated messages and didn’t answer my questions. Because the two support people I hired aren’t helping, this is the only way to get the developers to help me.

The app first exported the video at an incorrect speed and length.
