It’s a great app for editing videos.Â
It’s fast and easy to use, has a lot of useful features, and has a beautiful, interactive, and optimized user interface.Â
I’ve been smitten by it.
In terms of advertising, it’s extremely useful.
There doesn’t appear to be any other straightforward option.Â
Because it can be used on smartphones.
I’d give a perfect 5 stars if my monthly subscription payment didn’t keep getting rejected.Â
It wasn’t until a few weeks ago that this became a problem.Â
I even tried using Google Play credit to make my payment, but it was still rejected.Â
All of my other subscriptions have been successful, and I’ve seen reviews from others who have had the same problem..Â
As a video editor, I use this app for all of my work; it has all of the basic features that I need, and I usually recommend it to others:(
Although it’s a fantastic app, there’s no way to get in touch with the developer.Â
No automated response was received.Â
The solution to unsubscribe was to take away the option.Â
To the developer’s query:Â
You may have allowed free use of the premium features, but the annoying ads persist.Â
We’re losing money every minute we’re kept waiting.Â
I’d like to use the premium features, but I’d prefer that there be no ads.Â
Despite my repeated attempts to reach you via the email address you provided, I received absolutely no response.Â
Because I enjoy using the app so much, I was hoping to find a way around the automatic payment process.Â
I didn’t even get a “sorry mate, nothing we can do” response when I asked for help.Â
Nothing at all.Â
Zero.Â
Silence.
For the past year or so, I’ve been using this app a lot and haven’t had any issues with it whatsoever.Â
People who don’t want to learn how to use the app and lack patience are to blame for the negative reviews.Â
I’d give it a higher rating if it were possible.Â

It’s a fantastic product that’s well worth the five stars.Â

With the exception of two factors, I think it deserves a higher rating.Â
It has a tendency to go down a lot.Â
If it’s any help, I’m using a Samsung S8+.Â
When editing letters, the sliders for the letters could be a little larger and more precise.Â
Otherwise I enjoy how easy it is to use..Â
Even if you can’t figure out how to use it, it’s easy to use and produces excellent results.
When it came time to renew my subscription, this app refused to accept any type of payment. I love this app and everything about it.Â
Emailing them about it, as it appears to be a widespread problem, was unsuccessful due to their inbox being consistently full.Â
As a result, I’ve returned to using the app with ads, which causes every video to crash and renders the app practically unusable.Â
For some reason, removing the ads that enable the Pro features has had no effect on the app’s instability.
