excellent software. I got this program and it worked since I wanted to play Clash Royale on the school wifi, but the internet had certain restrictions. I could play or do anything on almost any wifi!What about 15 minutes of connection time for a single 30-second advertisement? Wow. However, there are some issues as well. It’s awful that sometimes internet speed drops unexpectedly from 2.0 mbps to 0.24 mbps and that some wifi just doesn’t support it. But despite that, Pango GmbH gets a 4 out of 5.

For several months, I had a fantastic experience with Hotspot Shield—that is, until I required their support. I use my VPN service almost every day, and I can’t afford to be without it. I had trouble connecting and made it obvious in an email to their support team that I needed assistance soon. I only got promises to fix the problem, but these assurances were not followed through on. The quality of the service is solely dependent upon the level of customer support.

When it comes to customer service, Pango GmbH is just terrible. I purchased subscriptions to both Hotspot Shield and VPN 360, but I am unable to access either one. The customer service for VPN 360 consistently sends the same auto-reply and is not logged in. Despite having purchased a one-year subscription to Hotspot Shield, I am unable to contact customer service because my account is shown as a basic account and there is no way to get in touch with someone or find out what to do.

I haven’t been able to connect to any of the available nations for the past few days. I’ve been choosing the best region both manually and automatically. Failure is the end result in every case. In the hopes of a rapid repair, I gave 1 star. The app is currently not working.

I’ve tried a lot of commercial VPN services and discovered that if you change your password on a second device while using a VPN, the “HYDRA” proprietary technologies are “hacker proof.” The fact that logs are stored is a drawback, but if you’re not doing anything, you shouldn’t worry about it. I ADORE IT.

In terms of connecting quickly and maintaining connectivity, this app seems to be great. And although I have no idea how wonderful the premium service is, I have found the basic free service to be quick when using my sister’s unsecure free wifi network! The reason I’m only giving 4 stars is that you have to watch a 15 to 30-second ad for every 15 minutes of free basic VPN service, which is fine, but about every 3 or 4 ad’s, the app goes awry and you get scratched out of your 15 minutes! PLEASE FIX!
