I’ve been using the app for over a week now, and it’s still going strong. There’s a little bit of a learning curve in the beginning because you have to get used to the application, but after my first upload, I wiped everything and started over. I’d want to see the developers continue to support this simple and effective tool. Please, no unsolicited emails! Because I haven’t had any issues or interaction with customer support, I’m unsure about the quality of the product.

What a great idea—if only it worked! When I try to reinstall an image, I get the message “Encrypted transmission” every time. I’m not sure what to do now. However, the wonderful concepts that were put into this are the reason I rated it three stars. This includes security and premium features like auto backup. I would give it five stars if I could only figure out how to fix my issue.

It’s a fantastic piece of software. It’s simple to navigate and utilize. Uploading files has never been a problem for me, unlike my recent issues with Google Drive. This provides a lot of free storage space. Everything about this software is fantastic, but my favorite feature is the one that allows us to completely remove both our accounts and the data we’ve submitted.

I’m DYING to give this a perfect score of 5 stars! If you’re looking for a free cloud storage service, this is it. Just one little issue I’ve seen is that the UI isn’t as intuitive as it might be… Some of the files I’ve posted aren’t working. Keeping files safe and accessible is one of the primary functions of a cloud service. Hit or miss. Unfortunately, uploading takes a long time. It is a good thing it runs in the background. I’ve had to wait for uploads to complete over night on occasion. Make it better and I’ll give you a five-star review. Please accept my sincere appreciation.

It does an excellent job of storing your data and doing automatic backups. However, the amount of advertising is excessive. In addition to that, the photos I submit to Terrabox and then attempt to download to my phone fail to do so. Even though I can see the images on Terrabox, not all of them are downloaded to my phone’s gallery once I touch the download button. This has been going on for several months for me, and it’s becoming worse.
