The Android application is excellent. But, there are some functions available on iOS which aren’t available on Android. For instance, subtitles aren’t displayed in picture-in picture mode, and there are no control buttons on the device when in this mode. Additionally, it would be great to have the option of ‘Delete and Play Next alternative to “Delete Next after watching a film or an episode. I’m eagerly awaiting the inclusion of these features. Additionally, simultaneous offline downloads would be great as on iOS as opposed to one-by-one offline download.

“More like this” not appears in all movies anymore since the last update. Fix it. There’s one movie that’s English subtitle on mobile view that’s completely wrong. I’ve reported the issue through the official channels and haven’t received an update on whether it was fixed or not. Also, browsing through libraries is time-consuming as the same movies continues to play in various categories. There “looks like” there are numerous options, but no matter the way you browse it appears to be to be a bit limited

The app won’t recognize my correct credit or debit card details. The chat support person claims it’s due to an “generic error”. Whatever payment method I try , it’s not working. I guess that you don’t like my business. There’s no response from the developer. I love the feedback loop that your developer has with you and help email. NOT. You don’t even respond to feedback in any way now?

Netflix worked just fine for me in the past! However, I’m not sure if it’s because I changed my phone. Sometimes, there’s no error, but occasionally I receive this error: “There is a problem with the video. Please try again. (5.8)” It happens at random! Just a few minutes ago, when I was viewing this film (be it streaming or downloaded).. Then one second after (the exact same video) will be displayed with this message! My current phone: Oppo A94 / Android 11

Update my review to reflect feedback. My downloads continue to run according to their own timetable whenever they want to and that’s not often. I’ve reset the app to pause, pause, cancel renew, wifi tests for network connectivity, data, etc ., and it continues to pretend to be doing something, but does nothing. I’m giving two stars for a zero download. The sole reason to make use of this application would be to get content! Is this a fake world?

I am extremely disappointed with the current situation on netflix. There are a lot of people(incldg me)complaining about playback issues(seems to be related to how the application connects to its data servers through specific ISPs..i.e the flow of data). and customer service that’s “go-to” solution is the standard method of restarting and cache deletion(neither does the trick.) Update: This issue seems to be fixed ….for the moment. New app update available. I’m not sure if I want to update due to the fear of destroying app once yet. “If it’s not broke, it’s broken. …’
