This game would be a great overall 5 star game. Other than that when you have any type of problem the playrix support and help center is terrible and almost never resolves any issues. All it does is frustrate you to the point of tears. This alone almost made me quit the game a few times due to horrible tech support. It’s very frustrating and it’s hard to even get in touch with a real person. Let alone state your issues before ending the conversation.
I tried this game about 2 years ago. It was okay, but I couldn’t really get into it. Now that’s addictive. Now in July 2023, 3 years later, I’m constantly playing and paying for game items, so I’m invested. Unfortunately, the game keeps crashing or refusing to load at all. I tried to transfer my progress from my phone to my new computer, but the Beta thing won’t connect my device. It keeps saying I’ll lose some progress I’ve made and I said ok. It won’t download. Tech support is a joke. There is no help.
Addictive!! And it used to be fun. We’ll do it, they did it again in the upgrade. Now I’m missing the features I won or paid for. They just walked away from where they were as if it never existed. You might want to check your cities. Hurrah! I have all my functions back so my game is working properly again! Good fix! I’ve never had another problem with an update. Even after years of playing I still love this game.
I gave it a 3 because I’m obsessed with this game, but the side games are terrible. I’ve played a lot of puzzle games, but I’m inclined to think that after a certain point it stops allowing you to win. The algorithm switches to a certain difficulty level to use all your power-ups, and when you run out, you have 2 options: give up or spend money. I love farming and mining – building your city, exporting and importing. And normally I love puzzle games, but this one leaves a lot to be desired.
I won Ernie’s Cup and my reward won’t open. I tried everything. I’ve put so much time and money into this game, it’s very frustrating that I can’t claim a reward. Contacting support didn’t help because after reinstalling the app I lost my chat with them and when I started a new one they said to go back to the previous chat. I don’t see an option for that. So frustrating! This game is fun, but often unfair when it goes wrong.
I love the game itself. Mini puzzle games are frustrating. I feel like you get to a certain point and the algorithm does it so you have to spend cash to get further and it’s frustrating. I sat on the level for 2 days and the moment I spend twp cash to play I beat her. There are also not enough power ups available.
It’s a fun game and I really like the animal animations! It’s also quite addicting, but the only thing I would change about it is that the levels for the different events are unbeatable. I’m currently stuck on ‘easy’ and have used almost all the cash in my village to buy upgrades to beat it. I understand that it should get a little more complicated the further you go, but it’s kind of ridiculous. Otherwise, it’s really fun and I definitely recommend it!
I enjoy it. My only problem is that I don’t like how during the mini games when you win it goes back to the map that takes a while to load instead of going to the next level. This is important when you have a timed bonus. The map sometimes takes a full minute to load. If you win 5 levels, at least 5 minutes will be deducted from your 15 minute bonus. Otherwise the game is decent.
When I can play the game itself perfectly. But rewards the regret part every time he kicks me. It won’t let me beat, play the game, or search for help/message issues. Still can’t play in 4 days. Accepting rewards from Regetta starts and kicks me out every time. Most of the time uninstall and then install. That was the only way I could go on. This happens regularly at every reward. Please fix the game issues. Thank you.
Dear developers, I have been playing for 4 years now and I always like this game, I just wonder if only the game has an option to disable the in-game animation. This will be useful for reducing the background process on the phone and could help mid-range phone users experience smoother gameplay and avoid overheating when using for long periods of time, best wishes to the team.
I love the game. I’ve transferred it to and from multiple devices. I even downloaded it to my laptop now that it’s available. But I’ve been trying for almost 6 hours today and it won’t open. It gets stuck at the end of the loading bar. I let it sit for almost 30 minutes with no change.
I play this game all the time. Mainly for the regatta. The mini games are terrible. Still the same games. It’s mundane. It also seems more difficult to add product to the production line. I end up doing it twice for each because it never registers
it’s a great game. no ads which is nice but i can see my progress will remain slow as i am not giving them a dime of my hard earned money. even the game within the game has the ability to buy money. not worth it but the graphics and characters there and seeing people doing different things in your city can be interesting to watch and sometimes come in handy
I really enjoy playing this game, it is very fun and keeps me entertained for hours because there is so much to do! The suggestion I have is in the “Help other players” section, a green check if you have what the player needs would be a nice addition. That way it would be much easier to click on their help section instead of having to go through their airport, train and zoo to see if you have something they need!!!
The game is really fun. I own an account and have had it for years. I only have one suggestion, I hope you can add a way to make editing easier, it’s really hard for me to move the pieces one by one. Say select multiple items to move.
It’s a good game need help tutorial. There are a lot of things at play. You need a tutorial. Like in regatta there is an option called – “Combo Task” but I don’t understand how to select a combopack. You should have a help tutorial. Bank money is very hard to earn. Sometimes it’s a mistake to click on buy goods during train/plane loading times. So there should be some sort of confirmation button before spending on such a purchase. Please work on it. I lost a lot of money that was not needed
