This app is better than my default keyboard. Because it is simple to look at and there are many options that can be used. I have one problem here though. When I use the app in full screen, the bottom empty space has disappeared, so I can’t press the keys in the bottom position. I’m also using gesture navigation, not three button navigation. So I hope there is a fix that can be used when the app is full screen.
This app is great, I like the wide range of customization, from appearance to typing speed. I only miss one thing – the ability to add a new word to the keyboard dictionary. The keyboard is set to the language of my country, but it doesn’t recognize some words – it’s annoying that I need to repeatedly type these words with special symbols character by character, because the AI won’t learn it. If you could add this feature (learning a new word manually) that would be awesome. thanks
Hi, the app is great, I’ve been using it for years. Still, there is one change that I was hoping would change, but it didn’t, so I thought I’d complain about it. Can we please get an option to hide the “+” for the quick setting option? Sometimes I manage to tap on it and when I’m typing fast I accidentally start activating different options, it’s quite annoying. Thanks in advance.
I really wish the keyboard made it easier to see more predictions (not just three) and to be able to quickly change the language on the fly. This is a really good keyboard, but how am I looking for one that supports these two things, because they would be incredibly useful for me. Edit 2023: We still wanted the same similar feature, although it’s quite good for what language it is, depending on the context. 😅
I’ve been using the Microsoft Android keyboard for a while now and I have to say it’s pretty awesome. It has a lot of cool features like Bing chat AI interaction, voice input. But there is one thing that really annoys me and makes me want to uninstall it. It forces me to sign in again every few days or it won’t sync the contents of the clipboard to my Windows PC and phone. This is so frustrating and inconvenient. Why can’t it just remember my credentials and keep me logged in?
I like the Microsoft keyboard. I install it on all my devices. I especially like the different layouts and colors and the app remembers your selection for the next install. Another feature I love is that I can move the cursor in all directions so I can edit without having to delete. It can also suggest emoticons and word prediction. This is a great app.
Amazing, but could be better. It would be easier to use cursor scrolling (while holding the space bar) if there was a tactile feedback for each character that passes through. It’s a really good feature, although it’s almost impossible to use without dragging the cursor after shooting over the target. This renders the function unusable. You can also simply drag the cursor from the beginning.
Very well, it really helps to type faster when you want to send a message because it reduces the number of taps one needs to reach the desired message. The only drawback I find is that when I want to write the same message on a Microsoft product (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), the application does not suggest words or corrections, but has to do it the old-fashioned way by tapping all the characters. This is extremely hard for me to understand as this is now a Microsoft product.
I have been using the Microsoft SwiftKey keyboard for several months now and I am very satisfied with its performance. It is fast, accurate and customizable. I like how it adapts to my writing style and suggests words that I use a lot. The keyboard layout is easy to use and the themes are nice and varied. However, one downside I’ve noticed is that the app sometimes crashes or freezes, which can be annoying and disrupt my workflow. I hope the developers will fix this issue soon.
My favorite keyboard. I have used it for years because I find it better than the alternatives. I write daily in English, French and Spanish. And he does it really well! Favorite: change the case of letters after writing words on one or two taps. Time savings. The only problem I’ve had lately is that it doesn’t play well with the new WhatsApp emoji keyboard, it’s a mess. But other than that, the experience is flawless.
Quite good. One of the best keyboards. I’ve been using it for years. But I would like to see more customization options for the theme. There is almost no option at this point. I understand that this app wants to focus more on simplicity, but I want to at least be able to change the border color and maybe the opacity. Right now there’s only a toggle to turn it on or off, and that’s the only option for a custom theme after selecting a background image and adjusting its darkness.
Ben has been using SwiftKey for years, since before the Microsoft acquisition, and it’s good, but now it’s having some really annoying problems. Voice-to-text repeatedly turns off in the middle of typing. It’s incredibly annoying. There also doesn’t seem to be a way to teach name recognition or voice-to-text or auto-correct. I feel like it shouldn’t be difficult to allow the app to access your contacts and use them as a reference point.
It helped me a lot with everything. The clipboard lists everything important that I need to remember. Different fonts make everything special. Being able to customize the keyboard to work is perfect. I would suggest that Microsoft and all of its apps for everyone 365 will change everything I do when it comes to work in my daily life.
