It was a terrible experience with customer support. A “bot” within the app is the only way to contact someone about an issue. and you never hear anything back. Don’t bother trying to get diamond awards because they disappear and aren’t given out at all.. Sniper 3D is the source of the issue. Unfortunately, this is a pity, as the gameplay was actually rather enjoyable. However, if you waste your time, you will be let down. You people are a shambles.
Over the past three years, I’ve been playing. Not a single new city, ridiculously bad pvp matchmaking (sometimes it’s fair, but more often than not you’re screwed), gear that takes months to even try to compete, and with four new guns in three months it’s nothing but a spendors game (sorry not game but purchase your way), an insulting amount of diamonds for rewards (I’ll stop there for now because I could go on and on), constant server issues, etc.
This game is a blast, but I have one complaint for the creators. Why does each round end with an ad? This game has over 100 million downloads plus a P2W gun and a lot of other paid content, so why do you need 30 second ads? Were you guys in need of additional funds? No? Remove the adverts if you want to.) I will give this game a five-star rating if the adverts are removed.
This is a fun first-person shooter, but it’s nearly impossible to get “gems” to upgrade your weapons. Many of the better firearms and upgrades require a large number of gems, which you can buy, but only for an exorbitant amount of actual money. After a few months of playing, I’ve come to a halt – Coins, diamonds, and badges are the only ways I can make any genuine advancement. There’s no way to earn enough money to buy better weapons, and better weaponry are required to progress through the game’s stages. UNINSTALLING
It’s a lot of fun. Every game of piggy bank has a flaw, and it’s a big one. We have to spend the money you make for free. It gets 5 STARS from me if you take out the piggy bank. My tier 2 gun disappeared after I purchased it, and I was unable to reclaim the 27,000 I paid for it the day before.
