The only thing missing from the play store is essential data.

It’s a bit of a nuisance.

Only 5mbps for wifi?

In contrast, I get speeds of up to 50Mbps from Google’s servers.

Ideally, I’d like to be able to download the entire game from the Google Play Store.

This is a fantastic game, and I’ve been playing it intermittently for years now:

1. This is not a simple game!.

As you progress, races become more difficult, requiring 90% or more precision around turns and requiring you to practice and learn when to brake and when to let go. Muscle memory learned from one car may or may not apply to another, so you must learn how to adapt to different cars.

2. Gold (an in-game currency) is extremely difficult to obtain and is merely a means of profit.

Expensive.

I enjoy the game, but I can only spend so much money on it at a time.

Only £44 for a vehicle!

It is in need of maintenance and improvement.

It’s not even a fake.

I’d happily shell out between £30 and £40 for the entire game because it’s so good.

The price of a typical PC racing game appears to be around this level.

No support for gaming pads is surprising at this price point.

Except if you actually want to play the game, in which case you’ll be unable to progress with Maxi transactions (I know it’s usually micro transactions), you’ll see the prices and understand why this is brilliant for a mobile game.

After three or four races, you’ll have to upgrade your vehicle in order to continue.

Takes all the fun out of the game in a matter of seconds!!

What else would you expect from EA?

A player can feel like an actual racer in this game, which is both fun and extremely detailed, as well as offering a wide variety of racing options.

However, even saving for a car can take a long time because it is so difficult to acquire gold and other in-game currency that even progressing in the game can be hindered.

This game used to be fantastic.

But now, everything about it is a complete and utter waste of time.

When I’m trying to figure out what’s going on in the rounds hub, I end up with a headache.

The AI drivers have been a joke since the beginning, and no progress has been made in improving them.

They handle corners like my grandmother did, and straights like Lewis Hamilton.

Playing with your friends in the cars you own requires better matchmaking options.

What’s the big deal?

A lot can be done better, but the programmers are being lazy.
