Definitely one of the best games of its kind. Mathematical knowledge and skills set are clear. The gameplay is easy to follow and goes smoothly. All in all I love the game. I have 2 problems. The first is that the limited availability of even tier 2 summon stones makes the development of a hero feel like a chore. Secondly a small number of outgoing ads every time you return to the big screen there are at least 2 things that should be closed and overdone.
A really good game, BUT very expensive cookies to help you upgrade your heroes in the game. They put you against stronger teams than your team, so it’s hard to make progress again. I’ve been playing for a year. Plarium is a little mercenary with pay to win things and for someone who is trying for free to play (like me), the continuation is very disappointing. Having said that, I still really like the level of design and characters. You’re not a fan of how long the game sinks. So why 3stars, not 2? It’s free and the community is cool.
I am editing my review because Plarium has made some good decisions since I posted it. Raid is a great game, with amazing art and a sense of progress. You can upgrade the game to the end without spending money, it takes a lot of time and game knowledge. I highly recommend YouTube guidelines if you are struggling to keep up, as there are many free play options you can continue. The only thing you have to spend money on is a $ 10 monthly gem package.
Edit: I still believe it is a balanced game and you are not paid to win as long as you have the patience to digest (love to grind, you can play for hours) only 1 thing I find can work with a champion. . Finding it difficult to distinguish who I am building and who I am eating, the kind of mark you can put on a champion can be helpful or an option to “transform into a chicken” perhaps. Otherwise good job!
The RNG in this game is annoying, whether you are talking about cost, gear upgrades, looting etc. The parts of the game that make you think, are really good, yet very influential and spoiled by RNG. The pressure to buy a whale in this game is also obscene, I admit, I spent money on this game. Do I regret it? Ehhhh, a little. I did not get the champs I was looking for. Am I angry? Definitely. Do the tops laugh at my complaints? Really.
Fun game, bad monetization policy. I find it a f2p game, but I don’t want to be bothered with in-app purchases / offers as soon as I get in or out of the locker room and have to close each window. The game is completely p2w, but what do you really expect from the f2p gacha game. The game is not bad and actually really fun, I stopped getting it for years because it was a meme / gacha game but I finally got the confidence. Not bad but not good at all. It’s at least fun.
