Below the one-star rating I felt compelled to give so I could publish this.

The previous playlists are not accessible, and it does not appear that ppo files are stored in internal memory, as they previously were.

When I tried to add a song to an existing playlist, I was unable to locate its location (I assume it’s a secret).

I also tried exporting the settings, but that didn’t work either.

This program has the potential to be fantastic if it could be made to work reliably.

BE CONSISTENT OR I’LL KILL YOU!!!

It’s not a big deal.

The ability to drag and drop playlist items around is sorely lacking.

Many other gamers have this feature.

Also, the inability to play wma files is a major hassle.

I doubt I would have purchased it if I had seen it beforehand.

I appreciate the response.

A problem with the icons has occurred.

I’ve done everything I can.

If so, what do you have to do to make it work now?

Is there even a customer service there?

I’ve attempted to contact customer support a few times about problems, but so far I’ve received no answer and no solutions to the problems.

A few functions of the app appear to have stopped working, which is disappointing.

Artwork method that is the WORST ever!

It’s almost always inaccurate when I add new tracks or audiobooks to my library because this software tries to figure out what the artwork should look like and then gets it from the Internet.

This is a complete turn-off!

Yes, you can alter it later, but I don’t think it’s necessary.

You can’t even select “no artwork” as an option, which would be an easy solution.

What do you think?

I now have tens of thousands of audio files on my phone, all of which have incorrect cover art!

There are some bugs with the app, and I can’t figure out why my music gets rearranged when I return to my playlist.

I can’t get a song to stay in a specific spot when I move it.

Occasionally, the app will simply shut down.

No response from customer service after contacting them.

1 star for the edit.

After years of using this program, I decided to switch to PowerAmp.

If you have thousands of playlists, this program won’t work for you because of a flaw in the playlists.

I’ve asked for help from the developer and tried everything I can think of to get it to operate, but nothing has worked.

Power users avoid.

I’ve been using this app for years after trying out every other one that was available.

All I really want is to be able to access my SD card quickly and effortlessly.

Why should I have to reorganize my music and folders when I’ve already done it for all these other pointless applications?

Other useful options include the equalizer, the repeat, the random, and many others.

Afterwards, you don’t have to pay for it again and you can use it on any of your other devices.

In addition to that, I have four of them, which is a nice perk.

Now that I can’t seem to preserve my preferences, the app always opens with its default root folder instead of the one I selected last time (storage).

Since it takes so long to rescan the desired folder (music), it’s even more frustrating.

One star is all it gets till the software remembers my music folder again.

Guys!

I’m a big fan of this software…

However, Player Pro and the DSP bundle that came with it are simply fantastic.

In music, it perfectly captures and stabilizes the base and stability of the song.

The best is still to come!

I’m hoping that future updates will provide even better improvements…

Just one request: make album images (that we download) part of the phone app, and raise the image quality to HD. Thank you very much (I downloaded with very low quality Album artwork).
