I think this software is fantastic, yet there are serious difficulties. I haven’t had as many encounters with this as other reviews, but every once in a while, the program would crash, destroying any work you didn’t have saved. Plus, I’ve been having difficulties saving and quitting a work recently. Sometimes, it will take a lot longer to save than usual, and I have to wait, or I’ll lose all of my progress. And for some weeks now, the quit button won’t work for me – I have to close the program to work on another design. Used to be better. This was my favorite sketching app for any platform, but the issues keep expanding, the advertising keep getting in the way and now I can’t import photos from my phone to the app because it says it has no permission, but it doesn’t allow me grant permission to it. I just wanted to sketch! This is one of the app I’m using since 2016 until today. They have updated the capabilities of the app, including the timelapse video capability. My only problem is the advertising while saving a file. I hope they will offer reference window similar to other applications, and offline fonts while inserting text. This has been my Go-To art application since 2017 for both mobile and PC ^-^. There’s a vast library of fantastic and free brushes to use (if you have an account) and good manga creation skills as well- along with downloadable templates and everything directly off of the program :>! The only issue I have with it is that there’s a video commercial that plays every time I save, and occasionally they break which won’t let me ‘x’ out of it. It’s frustrating to have to leave out of the app and open it again after I save ;(. ive been using the desktop versions of this application for years, and have consistently been delighted with their breadth of functionality. the mobile app would clearly be clunky if it tried to match the computer version function for function, but there are some features that i feel should be standardized across platforms in the free version, such as being able to move specific levels inside the navigator The finest android app for sketching, there’s a few functions lacking but i’m hoping for the future that they include more stuff. Overall it’s extremely excellent. Ads are obnoxious and obtrusive but there’s not much we can do about it, furthermore, occasionally i click save file and it doesn’t save, thus it’s always nice to save again. they are the only big problems, yet i still suggest it over the other applications who lack vitally crucial things this one provides. Used this app in approximately 2018-19 and really loved drawing with it with the numerous brushes and other features! I’ve begun using it again and it’s not too different. Sometimes when using higher brush sizes and sketching rapidly, it lags and moves slowly or mkaes the lines rough. Another thing that’s annoying me is the advertising every time i save the artwork, which is disruptive… Thank you very much for changing up the advertisements! It’s way too generous and it goes to show how much you care about your users. Of course I want you guys to earn a profit, but the video advertising were bothersome.. I appreciate that you have an ad that can stay on the screen, but you can also move it out of the way. I lost trust for a second, but I’m so pleased I didn’t abandon the app. You guys are fantastic, wonderful developers. When I have money I can spend I will buy pro features from your program. I adore you 😺🩷 Been using this app for years and years now. It’s trustworthy for art and I adore the UI. It’s easy yet has a variety of options to experiment with once you get the feel of it. I’m still finding out new features. The only thing to really complain about is the fact that my app will just crash halfway through my art piece. If I didn’t save within the past 20 min manually and it crashes, sometimes 20-30 min of work simply gone poof. It’s a serious problem I dislike. The PC version is nice, but mobile app is not steady enough to be dependable. Sometimes it take long time for the app to save file opened from cloud to to local gallery, but after it’s done, saying it’s saved it’s not actually saved and i wouldn’t be able to know this until i close the file and see that it’s not saved on local gallery, which make me lose all the edit that i have made on the file. This software also crash a lot compared to other sketching app and the entire experience is not as pleasant.
