I bought the full version a long time ago, I enjoyed it endlessly then and I still enjoy it now. Between now and now I’ve switched to an iPhone and I’ve been missing the app like crazy. When I got my current S22 ultra this was the first app I installed. I’ve done a lot of contract work where I had to track my hours and set up macros to pop up alerts for the hours, and having my time tracker open automatically helped a lot. I can’t say I know how much the paid version costs, but if it’s <$5 I’d buy it again.
Powerful, relatively easy to use and access to community macros. I’m glad I moved on from IF THIS THEN THERE. UPDATED: the macros available in the community are great. Also, my non-flagship Samsung phone was really laggy because it was under power for all the apps that keep restarting. But I was able to set up a macro that kills background tasks every minute and allows me to use this phone!
This app is very useful 👍. I use it to know when I get a text with the keywords, let me know when to charge the phone to 30%, when to disconnect the charger to 70%. I have unreliable cell service and haven’t received text messages in the past, so now I use MacroDroid to send myself an SMS every 2 hours and alert me if a message hasn’t been received within 5 minutes. I love this app.
With this app, you can open Waze, force rotation in all directions, turn on the hotspot and play media when entering the car, also use it to automatically retry pairing when Bluetooth hurts, and turn off the hotspot and rotate for several minutes without pairing with the car . It also allows me to automatically activate the phone’s speaker when pairing, since the Bluetooth handsfree mic is rubbish. All this from the free version. Literally the only reason I use Android.
