Good game but room for improvement. It can be very laggy/bumpy when there is a lot of action and I hate having at least 2 ads every time I log in! Very inconvenient if you are under attack / have a shield that is about to expire😓. If you can find a server with good people, this is one of the best games, if the developers were able to fix the lags and adequately compensate the players for their losses. Do you know someone who bought a bundle with the wrong price? They took more than he got and kept the money
It’s a really exciting game, but don’t think you’ll go to the top without spending a little or a lot. They make the things you need a little difficult to get if you don’t spend. But it depends on you how much you are willing to pay. They will tell you that you can play for free but you will never get very far and it will take you so long to develop things. It’s a money game.
They finally made some much needed improvements to auto-collecting tasks. The inf/dist/cav balance has come a long way. It’s always worth winning, but they’ve done a decent job of making progression viable for all types of players. The main complaint is the automatic placement of stats on guards, it would be nice if there was an option to adjust stats on guards like before. A lot of pvp/pve events where you don’t risk losing troops is where most will have fun.
I’ve been playing this game for a while, game lag is terrible, newer kingdoms are more full, old ones for those who can’t afford to move. Gog is a paid game. They come out with stuff every month so eventually your old stuff gets out of date after a while… they haven’t updated RGR, UW or NS, nothing in years. Same old stuff. Overall, it’s fun when you have friends in the game, but when it comes to keeping up, it’s much more difficult.
I have been playing GOG for over 6 years and I love it! Yes, you pay for packages, but not for entertainment. The graphics are amazing but one thing I would like to see improved is the ability to zoom in on your castle to see great detail.. I miss that from the past. Happy Anniversary to GOG. Good game. I need some development in this game. 1) You need the ability to reset the protection level, not stars and other power. 2) The event page must be well designed, I can’t understand which event is going on and what to do. That’s it. Please reply if you are reading this. Resetting guard level is my primary important need. Since I used guard exp for all the guards, I want to reset them to make a powerful guard. Thank you.
Overall, “Guns of Glory” offers a decent strategy gaming experience with base building, alliances and large-scale battles. If you like strategy games set in historical periods and don’t mind the presence of in-app purchases, “Guns of Glory” might be worth a try.
Amazing game. For all the people who say it takes thousands of dollars to stay competitive, that’s not true. I’ve been playing for 1.5 years and I’ve reached a power of 4 billion with castle level 45 and only spent $500, it’s possible to grow and be in the top 20 of your kingdom without spending thousands if you use your brain and do upgrades and purchases during events that are very frequent. To all new players – come to Kingdom 753, we are a fun and relaxed kingdom where you can grow and have fun
Overall I’m enjoying the game I’ve been playing since the beginning hints why I was placed in the single digit kingdom yes there are glitches that come with every update they tend to work themselves overtime it’s time there are too many events going on at once so if you’re spending money, it will be hard to rank high, if I was a change anything I would recommend Gog to rethink the matchmaking in UAC and Darklands to be more even instead of one sided
Update: gog you have become nothing more than a paid game! The only thing that matters anymore is money and that is not good for those who sincerely support and represent you as a brand! So many good people leave the game for this reason. Chances for someone who prefers to spend less than half the chance to grow! It’s a business, but don’t forget the people who are still loyal players, soon money will mean nothing without numbers.
We’ve been playing for a little over 2 and a half years now, we’ve spent a minimal amount of money. Before upgrading to C44, we met many more gogo friends around the world who give advice to our alliance. Once your really focused things don’t always seem confusing there’s a lot to take in so focus one by one on the information you get but it’s actually a really good game you really like it
