A great app for beginners like me. The only thing I’d prefer is for the first part to be improved, as well as A.I. to use as app’s coaching and explanations of the reasons why you should not do a certain action. Apart from that, I’ve enjoyed the middle and ending games. It’s really beneficial to keep the entire board and all of the pieces in your mind.

A good chess app that has different puzzles. It’s more than the other versions without ads and one time cost for everything! It is recommended for those looking for an app for chess to learn the art of chess and analyze pros games. I purchased the pro version after having tried the one that was ad-supported and deciding that it was worth the cost (PS6.50.) Perhaps I didn’t notice it, but I’m unable to discover a way to transfer progress from the free version to the premium version. I like the three tiered model so that you continue to support the developer according to your advertising tolerance.

The app is not terrible, but it could use some improvement. The app can crash frequently. It lets me select unsafe maneuvers, e.g. when I play white it lets me choose the black move. Overall, it’s a good collection of debuts, puzzles and tips. I can keep track of how far I’ve come, put puzzles as favorites, and move from simpler to more difficult level and even puzzles.

Thank you for your response. I was enthralled by some puzzles that seemed like miniature choreographed dances that were arranged across the table. I’ve noticed my speed increase noticeably in the game. I really like the feature you have chosen to be your favorites. I would suggest that you add an information button in case the puzzle is based on the real game. I like the queen’s swinging from side side and the bulldozer rooks the tricky knights , and the Long distance bishops. I’ve never played any actual games, so it’s like studying an opponent’s position. I can spend between 5 and 10 minutes per game.

I can see your point. I’ll take the stats out of the equation as they’re just nonsense since accidental touches happen since I’m using a phone and not OTB. I’m not going to make my own king go the wrong direction on the board, using an Pawn. It’s an unwise move , and one that should never occur regardless of the position you were in. You shouldn’t be playing in a tournament if this choice was considered. It’s a good application regardless of the sanity of the developer.

Disappointed. Purchased the Pro version as I was looking for more puzzles per theme for my wife’s education. I was shocked to find it didn’t have any more. The 100 pieces per topic is small. Maybe you’re just a computer programmer who has not taught Chess. This is what I’d guess from your response. The issue is that when a person is training from zero, 100 simple issues will probably not be enough to move them to medium, and there’s no way 100 medium-level issues will be enough for a transition to difficult.

The app is fantastic and I enjoy it for the many puzzles. I have a few suggestions to offer. Graphics are okay, particularly the way pieces move and any animation, if it is available, could be great. Because of the dark mode on mobile, the pieces are difficult to comprehend… For games, the dark mode must be enabled at all times and deactivated 2. There are games that may have several solutions However, that’s okay in the event that every option isn’t thought of… If the game is improved, it, it would be more effective

I love the app. I would imagine that if you create simple training scenarios to teach basic openings that would enhance the utility of the app. There are numerous opening scenarios, you could show the instructor their errors in responding to the opponent’s move, and then suggest better ones and explain the reasons behind them. This is more than opening, however doing it to start and using this app to integrate it is a great idea.
