An extremely useful and game-changing app that can be game changing. The app has progressed a great deal since the first time I downloaded it several years ago. The scans are now more clear and appear less like photos and more like documents. The filters have been improved and are excellent. If it wasn’t for the signature of the camera’s canner on the bottom of the scan due to the use of an unpaid version of the app, it could be difficult to discern if that the image was captured using a smartphone.

I’ve used CamScanner for many years and it’s always improving. The ease of having the scanner at your fingertips is wonderful, augmented by cloud storage, so I don’t have to worry in the event of losing data, or even if I don’t have my laptop, computer or personal phone. I would highly recommend CamScanner to anyone who needs scans on the go of documents or at home. Self correction and cropping functions simplify, speed up and more user-friendly than a scanner with a flat bed.

Excellent application for automatically scaling and sharpening documents to be used for scanner list entry. The only problem I’ve encountered was that the Play store tried to deinstall it due to the presence of malicious code inside the app at the time. The issue appears to be fixed today. I suspect it was an accident. Also, I was given 1 gigabyte of free storage in exchange for reviews, however it did not require a particular rating, but just an honest review. This deal was advertised within the application.

It’s very good and is by far the best of the phone scanner apps I’ve tried. I would like to see the option of adjusting anchor points around the edges of pages that don’t sit flat, however it excels so much than I’ve had to look for alternative apps. I’ve used it for school and at work for a number of years, and I think paying for the premium version ($4 I believe the price was?) was definitely worth it (now they offer the premium version, but I haven’t yet changed to).
