Overall, I really like the main game. I just wish they would stop adding so many different minigames that have nothing to do with completing orders and competing on different boards. It’s frustrating to get into the app at the end of the day and only want to do a few “farming” tasks, but first you MUST go through these steps of this mini game where you have ZERO option to skip the tutorials and will probably never come back into the game once you are finally released in order to got back into the main game.
Amazing, fun and addictive! Everything you need for a great game with no in-app purchases. Wish I could give 4.5 stars! The only problem is the minigames… The only thing these days is the matching games, which I now find impossible to beat, with “hard” or “super hard” levels among the few “easy” ones. If we could get some old ones like car or bubblegum then I could get more into playing them. That’s really my only problem with the game!
I like some parts of the game. Very frustrated with others. Selling a new garage is a big disappointment. Too many steps to progress even if you shop and play often. I really wanted an exotic greenhouse. Pls provide another way to complete the central garden. Another sugg: *Tool swapping should allow input of what is needed and what they have *Tile games take too long (20 days and then repeat too soon) and contain too many heavy and super hard. It’s supposed to be fun, but it’s too often frustrating.
A fun and entertaining game. The Match 3 minigame gets too hard to be fun after a while. The levels are too hard to pass without spending a lot of city money. I don’t mind hard but these are stupid. I’m also having trouble joining a game on Monday if I’ve played a regatta the week before. Game freezes when trying to distribute regatta rewards. The traffic tycoon freezes and kicks me when I reach the 1st objective. Problems have been fixed!!! Thanks to Township Techs.
Edit: you’re not doing everything you can. Add option to skip past tutorials. The mechanics are simple, the gameplay is straightforward and linear, and it has a fun little art style. However, the constant redundant tutorials presented in every little aspect that adds to your game as you level up are so tiresomely infuriating. Tutorials are unskippable. It forces you to do the same two actions in each new mechanic, tap and drag. Again and again and again.
The mini game is ok but the hard level and super hard level suck all the fun out of it. They will make you spend all your earned money and also all the boosters you have, then you will also run out of lives. And for the week you come back and play, you’re stuck on one level, and that allows you to win. It just takes the fun out of it. That’s why I dropped the rating. The building materials are also shit. You get 3 times for 2 items and 0 for the other. And it takes up too much space in the barn.
I like the game. But 4 out of 5 of your display photos (and videos) focus on a minigame that’s maybe 15 seconds long and pops up once a week. There’s only one photo that actually shows the game you’re playing the other 97% of the time. It seems odd to only advertise such a small piece of the game… it also seems odd that the mini-game it’s so heavily focused on is so short and infrequent. At least pop it up every day if it’s going to be the whole game. 🤷
The base game is great. You don’t have to spend money to level up. It would definitely be faster, but you won’t feel left behind if you don’t. However, if you don’t pay in the minigames, you’re just stuck. The “hard” and “super hard” levels are ridiculous. And sometimes, even with powerups, the game will simply offer you an unwinnable match. Multiple resets and such. I understand they need the money, but if anything is going to make me stop playing this game, this will be it. Still 4 out of 5 stars
The game is really amazing. I started playing since 2016 but during that time it was so difficult and time consuming and I uninstalled the game. But after few years I downloaded this game again after trying other games. Gentlemen! I saw a big change in the game and amazing. Now I’m writing this review to suggest that this game can become more fun because it has subways, electricity on the roads and a lot more decorations that become more realistic.
Please pls make the levels easier or add a skip option. I’ve been stuck on “easy” for the last 3 days and they’re harder than they used to be. I’m out of win streaks, 3 easy levels and it’s back to super hard and you lose power. I do IAP for building tickets, but I shouldn’t be constantly using my life tickets or buying extra lives/turns, it takes the fun out of it. All your games are levels too hard but otherwise honestly perfect.
