This game is incredible. The gameplay is simple, the visuals are stunning, and the plot is passable. However, if you think you can triumph in the arena, you should temper your expectations. Without the optimal monster setup, tailored for the arena, you simply cannot get higher than around 1200, maybe 1300 if you’re lucky. The game’s mechanics are well-designed, and making advancement has gotten considerably simpler in recent years. The game’s developers are constantly enhancing it with new features and patches. Extremely rng-heavy, although the addition of events, TOA, and B12s really improves things. The guild store, glory shop, or even the ancient coin shop should stock shapeshifting stones. RTA isn’t loved by all. And fix it so that you never have to use a duplicate Nat 5 star to create a relic crystal again. I booted up the game as soon as it was available. I had put it aside for a bit, but I gave it another go after redownloading it a few months ago, and it’s still as much fun as I remember. You’ll want to keep going once you figure out the strategy for earning a 6-star monster. New user bonuses and event content should keep you engaged for quite some time. However, I believe there is a bug with the Nat 5 summon event, as the instructions claim you can call up to nine of them, but I was only able to do so once. Because of this, I assume the event’s thumbnail continues to mislead me into thinking I can acquire an item when in fact I cannot. Overall, it’s a fantastic role-playing game. The game is fantastic and loads of fun. But the rates at which you lose health are absurd. Ineffective three-star monsters can be obtained from both light and dark scrolls. Never in all my years of playing have I seen a light/dark nat 5 mon. It’s annoying to put away money for a year and end up with nothing. My perspective on the game has improved over time. I’m still fascinated thanks to the entertaining events, unique character designs, and effective summoning, but the constant updates are a tremendous pain. Because of SNK Boss Syndrome, upgrading this game is a constant source of frustration for me.
