YouTube is usually one of my favorite apps, but lately it’s really bothering me. The app constantly crashes, logs and glitches. I can not scroll down the comment section without freezing the app. I temporarily restart the app and sometimes my phone to fix the problem temporarily. I also have a YouTube premium, so I’m sorry to have to pay monthly, yet I can not even use the app.

Please improve the ads. Repeatedly showing ads for the game to someone who has not played the game is really frustrating !! I like to keep the old approach to resolution selection simple. This change in UI should have given me extra clicks to confirm the highest resolution. Another problem – -> Scrolling to my device has not been easy in recent updates. It goes back a little and bounces back. For this I have to scroll several times so that it slows down as expected.

Still no queue and “play next” feature. The interface causes incorrect clicks (e.g. “added to playlist” notification). There is no way to change the playback speed while broadcasting. There is no way to add a video from notifications to “Watch Later”. There is no button to go back to the previous video if you click wrong (you can see the history if it is enabled). Playlists for no apparent reason are sometimes autoplay, sometimes not. Tagging people in chat does not work.

Video freezing. I like your app and I watch it regularly, but for a while, I get a video freeze while the audio continues. It can happen anytime, anywhere at the beginning and inside of the video. I did all the updates you issued, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app but I can not get out of this problem. The video now freezes and I need to exit the app and reload to continue watching. Please correct. Please.

YouTube Trash after a recent update. Since shorts are very distracting, there should be an option to take shorts. The video quality settings were easy and we could easily set the preference settings in the past. Now that’s the worst. Data saver mode makes video at 144p and high settings bump video to 1080p. I have to use the default setting to change it and every time I open the app the quality defaults to 144p.
