Everything is in fantastic working order.

Everything, including the audio and slideshow, was excellent.

The VIVAVIDEO logo appears in every video I’ve done, which is a source of contention for me.

Is it possible to erase it for free?

I can’t delete it because I don’t have VIP access.

However, I hope you would remove it as soon as feasible.

Except for the VIVAVIDEO logo, everything about my video is wonderful.

Please remove it from your site, VivaVideo.

I’m almost in awe of your application, but if you were to remove that, everything would be perfect.:(

Several times during those 5 hours, my work was saved.

I’m referring to the fact that all text styles and fonts have been reset to their default settings.

For the past 5 hours, I’ve been working on my new video, and the app abruptly died.

Because it didn’t recognize that I was a VIP member, it reset all of the fonts and text styles that I had been working on today to the default style when I started the program again.

Fortunately, everything else was saved, but gosh, the text… there was so much text.

I don’t have any more energy to deal with all of this… ugh… Why… simply WHY…..

The fact that I only respond when you write here rather than solving your problem or responding to your email has now been certified by me as a developer as being pointless.

I have subscribed and have had issues from the beginning, such as it taking a long time to load images while loading!!

Vivia had numerous complaints that were never resolved; as a result, it was decided to switch to another program over VIVA!!

This issue has been reported more than six times in the last three months!!

Not Recommended at All, and Please Thank Me Later

I recently updated my Viva Video App, and some of the effects on the photographs are no longer working. I’m quite disappointed, as I have enjoyed using this app for a long time and being a VIP member of it.

Please correct this or eliminate the effects that are not functioning properly.

With one notable exception, it is unquestionably one of the best video-making programs available.

Can’t access Google Photographs and can’t upload photos that have been shared with me.

It’s a deal breaker for me in this case.

Please put that on your wish list, if at all possible.

This is an excellent app.

However, it would be nice if they had more editing tools to achieve speed reversal.

They have a speed option, but not a rewind option, although I have a paid membership with CIP.

I’d also like to see more diverse music licensing options.

Particularly Melanated Hip Hop music, R&B, and other genres

This is a fantastic app.

Some of the capabilities that were lacking in previous editions resulted in a more enjoyable editing experience.

However, the process of uploading, using, and exporting is straightforward.

Which is, in essence, everything you need in a video editor!

I purchased a one-year subscription, but I’m having trouble logging into VIP every time.

I have to uninstall and reinstall everything over and over.

I’m finding it so inconvenient right now that I’m not enjoying my subscription.

This year, I’m planning on finishing up.

I’d had enough of it.

There was no response to my earlier question.

I made two payments and never received a refund.

There have been numerous issues since the most recent release…

I’m pondering whether or not to cancel my VIP membership because the experience has become too frightening to continue.

I spend a lot of time editing, which is especially important right now because I’m on vacation.

Then, when I try to export, I run into a slew of issues.

Even though I don’t know how, the timing for the music and/or caption is off by a few seconds (I have no idea how because when I edit it, everything is great), and some portions of the video are PIXELATED no matter how many times I restarted the app and phone, the problem persists.

And now I’m unable to turn off the photo zoom.

The application is fantastic, and I’ve been a VIP member for quite some time now.

However, after the most recent update, the fade-in and fade-out options for the music we add to our films have stopped working, and this is true for both local music and songs provided by you. Please help!
