There’s a problem with the map, but 3D doesn’t work well enough, it appears more 2D than 3D when driving, it’s very frustrating! In the past, there was a choice to decide for myself what information I would like to see in the info bar It’s time to reinstate it! I had to pay for that choice, however it was changed to this one. It was good. It was unable to download new maps (have lifetime license) However, the app became stuck on updating 3 of the existing maps. The app was deleted and installed it again. I can’t access the app even once, it prompts me to contact support. However, the “support” means clicking through many BS that is packed with Sygics marketing and PR… and then an uninformed form that needs to fill out… is it worth the money?

Map quality is poor regardless of how often I receive updates to my maps when streets are not working for more than 4 years. It takes me to unexistent streets in several cities, even the capital. Within the capital city, it has sent me on a one-way road as well. It is more likely to follow an zig-zag pattern rather than straight, direct routes even when traffic updates are disabled regardless of the option I select for the route. If outside the city, if the route isn’t highway, it will travel through roads that are not paved, doing 10kmh (80kmh in the database)

This app poses a security danger. The developers came up with an “brilliant” idea to put an essential feature such as voice navigation behind a paywall in order to appear to be a non-profit app. It means that you’re likely to be unable to find your way or you’ll have to look away from the road, putting you and other road users in danger. This app is a complete disaster and alternatives are available at no cost. The app is so terrible that it causes death to people.

It took me on lanes that were not even usable. It was a complete waste of time. All I wanted to do was be on the main route. I will never trust this app in the future. This update is a risky one that you receive the typical auto-message informing me that they need to complete the job and to send details via email. Revert to the original free Google maps!

I had asked for help a few times. I was ignored. I paid for the app and now have a fully version. Android auto isn’t able to perform all functions, for example, you aren’t able to see the speed limit as well as your current speed. Furthermore, you are limited to a 2D view. If you would like 3D, you must pay each month.

Graphics are great, however overall experience is not great with Android auto. It isn’t able to integrate with the calendar and usually states that it isn’t able to find the exact location. It’s necessary to switch to another map application. And, and this is my most significant growth, customer service is not there. I’ve tried 3 times to contact 3x with questions on how I can ensure that my subscription won’t automatically renew, but have received no response. I’ve tried all the methods but am not able to find any success there. My rating seems to be very generous in light of the fact that
