I’ve used this app for a while and it was good at first but not so much ( after I paid the cost)! If I could rate it zero, I’d. It is very fond of changing the route you have planned by saying it’s a quicker route however, in reality, it takes you through areas of construction that have no exits or entrances, it will send you into circles and completely away from you! Why can’t we follow the plan to follow? I wouldn’t recommend this application.

I purchased the lifetime plan, which includes traffic information as well as other items. There’s now a ton of things I paid for , and I must repay by becoming “premium” and have traffic information again. The support is absolutely useless I made a request for help one month ago, and there’s no response. This is a bit gruesome, as their twitter feed is quite active. However, you can reach them for information about the money you paid for.

Update: The Sygic support team reached out to me. The app is now back in action. 1-star to 4-star. Old Review: I paid to upgrade the version but the application didn’t acknowledge the purchase. It was the Sygic support team responded extremely slowly, and then didn’t respond until the 2-week time frame for refunds had expired. I’m now out of $25.. Great job Sygic. Very well played…But

I’ve been using this application since the year 2018. It was at first okay. I even bought the premium version for access to better features. A waste of money. The money is wasted. Europe it performed pretty well There were some minor issues. However, in U.S. it is unbearable. Every time I launch the app , I’m faced in finding the place I’m trying to find. Google Maps or Waze aren’t having problems with this, however Sygic is a bit more difficult and often. They are also current! While driving, if I stop at intersection, the app gets lost. Waste!

I love I like the 3D image, but aside from that I am disappointed that I paid for this crap! Do not plan a new route for 30 minutes after becoming lost, should you need to depart from the suggested route. It’s not often that you get current road closures, etc! Let me know the lane I’d prefer to be in, unless I have to switch lanes to get out! Oh I love this! I saw an ad that was always on and covered the entirety of my map. It was a complete waste of time! They want you to pay a second time to add a free upgrade

1. After 2 Updates, I’m unable to utilize the Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard. Because the last rows have been smooshed together. 2. Since the most recent version (24.09.2021) and map updates in Germany (especially Sachsen Map) all the data is mixed up and when I try to find an address that’s 90 km from me it shows the address as only 15 kilometers away. what?! I’m confused and I don’t know to describe how slow the app is or is. 3. The alternative route to take during driving isn’t very intelligent and often isn’t working.

I was in love with this application when I first discovered it a few years ago. I’m a lifetime premium customer however recent updates have brought frustrations , not to mention improvement. Support has been completely ineffective recently.. I wrote support on the 15th August, to inform them that help screen point to an option (that I’m searching for) that is not present in the latest version (at the very least in the place they claim it’s). I received a reply saying they’d respond within 3 to 5 business days. 10 days later I called them. 11 days later (3 weeks all) but no response.

On Xiaomi Mi 10, maps often gets black screen. It’s not aplication, it’s maps. App is still functioning. This means I need to shut it down and then open it again. It happens sometimes right after the it is opened and other times after a couple of hours of usage. I’m unable to close it and then open it again while driving, as it’s unsafe. Some of my friends have also reported this. I subscribe to World+Traffic and am forced to utilize a different navigation application because it’s not reliable. Edit: I tried everything in the article, but it failed to work.

I’ve paid for this application , but it’s a useless application. Sygic’s app has outdated maps, and they want to charge for one purchases a 12-month subscription. However, I have an absolutely free Navigation App known as Magic Eye offering far better navigation options than Sygic. After installing the Magic Eye Navigation app I have quit using Sygic.

The app has gone out of fashion long since. It’s not able to design an avenue between the end of the city… The 3D is not any different than 2D. The good old days I could view a city from a different perspective. But not anymore. There’s no clock or battery in the primary screen. I’ve begun searching for other options.
