REVIEW :
At first it didn’t function when linked through Android Auto, but after I deactivated any power saving for this app in my Xiaomi phone it worked wonderfully.
I love the max speed of the road and how much easy it is to not miss the appropriate exit off a freeway than with the default app from Google.
What I haven’t been able to figure out is how to alter the level of the speech independently from the music playing simultaneously through AA.
With Google maps you can, but with this one no.
Overall amazing software.
I believe in giving credit where it’s due.
So far as i’ve been using it it has been far better than google maps.
Havent seen any serious concerns yet.
What I do enjoy is that it shows home numbers in streets where google maps doesnt.

UPDATE: Sygic suddenly recetly quit working, with an error every time I open it.
Tried removing and reinstalling a few times bht it still doesn t work, sorry 🙁
Previous bad review.
My major concern was the removal of external route file importing, however it looks they’ve either reintroduced it or I glanced over it in the text.
Stability is considerably better, however while im following a route for work and it’s connected to android auto, there is no skip waypoint button.
Sygic’s route planning isn’t the most intuitive, thus I often find myself bypassing waypoints since it wants me to take many turns from point A to B when on a straight road.
I would give this much better stars but sadly the voice is horrible even though it states it’s American authentic human voice.
It’s quite robotic in character.
I can’t utilize this.
It’s incredibly aggravating
The many voices that there are on Google maps and on Waze is leaps and bounds.
Better to listen to then the synthetic voice within Sygic.
I want to use the app but that disturbs me so much that it’s not usable.
Of course, I paid for the membership for the year and I’m looking for an update.

I pay for Premium+, but can’t utilize the paid for options.
To be able to utilize dashcam, hud, or sign recognition I need to have Sygic operating independently on the phone.
Sygic with Android Auto does NOT enable dashcam for example.
You need to start Sygic on the phone as well.
Which implies that Sygic routinely crashes as a screen change on one instance causes the other to crash/become unresponsive.
Which implies you need to terminate the process and resume both instances again while driving.
Not safe!
Love the accurate map even shows home numbers and works fine even when are offline….
Because’s wonderful for me especially that in South Africa we have regular power shortages hence struggle with network…
I’m a courier thus sometimes I rely on navigation applications this one works nicely
I haven’t encountered a problem yet but I’m currently investigating the app more
A extremely nice Sat nav on Android auto.
Just wish it has a route bar on the android auto screen side to show stuff on route like traffic delays as you get on Tom

And if you have more than one set of traffic holdups on your route it will not combine them together in one square.
It will keep them distinct in more than one square.
Sometimes Sygic provides u more steps n twists u don’t need to know making it more hard n frustrating.
Especially n a strange country that can make things tough.
Other than that, after u master the sys it functioned fantastically.
The numerous times on missions n Europe 🌍 n se Germany this app took us to our goal or home 🏠 safely.
