I’m happy to pay for this program because it has so many useful functions.

For me, the ability to listen to any song at any time is a big perk.

However, when listening over Bluetooth in my car, the song information on the radio doesn’t change.

It was only when I upgraded my phone that I encountered a problem and contacted them, who first responded positively.

I responded to their request for information and have yet to hear back.

Not a single thing has been done to resolve the issue, not even a single contact to inquire on its status.

To begin with, I used a converter to transfer my music from YouTube to my phone, but now I only use this app.

I used to brag to my friends about how many more things I could do with my phone’s playlist than I could pay for on spotify.

But about a month ago, some of my pals convinced me to give spotify a try.

And it exceeded all expectations.

The two thumbs up!

I’m not going to remove it, contrary to what I had expected to happen..

No longer can listen to what you want without “recommended music” being tossed in with very little opportunity to skip them to listen to what you want, even on the free version with commercials.

As a result of the new “shuffle play” feature, finding a song to add to your playlist has become more difficult because you can no longer just view/play the song.

I understand why they’re attempting to raise the price, but I’m no longer interested in signing up for the service in the first place.

Terrible!

Before you can do anything with the app, advertisements appear.

After downloading it, I was unable to progress without having to sit through an ad that I would never download.

It’s a terrible app in every sense of the word.

A “free” software should contain commercials, but if you can’t use the app because of ads every 20-30 seconds, then it’s pointless.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of updating my phone, and as a result, when I play music through Bluetooth in my car, the display always displays the first track I selected, requiring me to pull over and check my phone while driving.

If the following song is longer than the first, the clock will continue to pretend it’s counting down, and if the next song is longer than the first, the time will count down and stop.

I’m trying to figure out how to go back in time.

For the most part, this is a respectable application to have on your phone.

All songs are now available for offline listening thanks to my family plan.

Having my Bluetooth devices recognized and displayed on the app is another perk I appreciate.

Occasionally, the app will stop my music from playing, and I’ll have to restart the app to get it back up and running. This is the only issue I have with the program.

It’s a problem that can be dealt with, but it’s one that Spotify should investigate.

Until recently, a song would play, and when it was time for the next one, it wouldn’t start unless I opened the app.

It’ll play two songs in a row if I’m lucky, but then it cuts off again, and the cycle repeats.

I’ll have to open the app and restart it a few times when the app closes on its own.

I’ve been using Spotify for years with no issues until recently.

Ads are fine, and I don’t mind them, but it seems like they’re intentionally making it difficult for those who don’t want to spend money on premium to use it.

Please don’t intentionally annoy users who don’t have premium subscriptions, and consider improving the interface.

If you’re going to listen to 20 songs and only skip six times an hour, that’s absurd. On top of that, you can’t scroll through the song in order to find a particular section you like.

It’s a terrible app for listening to music.

After getting the Playlist started, a song that has no connection to what you’re looking for comes up (a “hidden gem,” as they call it) and you can’t choose which song comes up first (I’d prefer the beginning).
