Spotify Premium has been my subscription for four years and I have only ever had one issue after an update. It was fixed in less than 24 hours. I emailed support and they immediately responded with troubleshooting suggestions and assured me that it was being looked into. Spotify is a great app that I highly recommend. It is a great tool for creating playlists, podcasts, and car playlists.

However, it’s frustrating. Spotify is a great app that I used on my old phone. It is what I use for my activities job in a nursing home. I ask catatonic loved ones what their favorite music is and they reply!

You have a lot of choices and great music. The play bar isn’t showing up for more than half the time. Or, the music will stop playing randomly and close the app. It was an issue with my old phone at first, but it has become an app problem since then. It’s very annoying. All of this+ was a plus. I would have given 5 stars. Now rn ….

The account is amazing and the settings are well-organized. It is easy to use, and it can be personalized. It has great options for personal mixes and libraries. The ability to browse through the music and discover different types of music, as well as the What’s New element and its choices, is amazing. It’s a new app that I just downloaded and I look forward to continuing using it every day. It is a great app and I recommend it to everyone.

The app is great and I use it often. It is not working for me lately, when I try to play a song that isn’t in my daily playlist. To get the new song, I must close the app and wait for it to open again. It happens on both Wi-Fi as well as mobile data. I noticed that the update had been installed recently, which could have caused the problem. To fix the issue, I had to uninstall and reinstall.

The app is very inconvenient. I have only one problem. My favorite playlist won’t function, and if I click it I get a black screen. This issue occurred only after the latest update. It’s a great app. However, there should be a way for you to organize your library in folders. Otherwise it can become a mess and make it very difficult to find the music you want. Although there is a “Search” function already, it defeats the purpose. At that point, the global “Search” function will be used. You can organize your library by genre or mood with folders.

This app is amazing. However, I find it annoying that my music sometimes stops for five seconds before starting again. The app will do this several times before cutting off completely. After that, I need to return into the app and hit play. It is frustrating, and it only happens in the mobile app. It works fine if I use Spotify on my computer or TV. It’s possible that it’s the app. PLEASE FIX THIS FRUSTRATING ISSUE

It used to be great, but suddenly certain songs (not all) stop playing after a few seconds. This is not a problem with the app or my phone’s wifi. I have tried mobile data, and it still does this. All of my other apps work fine and I can hear the audio from them. It is really frustrating to be able to listen to music and have it stop within seconds.

Great music app. It’s great features are amazing and there is unlimited music (from what i know). It has great benefits for artists. I don’t know if there is compensation, but exposure and marketing are good. It is great at recommending new music and helping you to refine your music taste. A few features could be improved such as: The home page should list songs, not just albums and olaylists. You can use the same account on different devices
