The app is very convenient for any kind of payment. The only issue is because I feel like I’ve lost my paytm password. I’ve tried this numerous times and have yet to receive what I’m not able to get. Since everything, including aadhar, pan, Dl, and any identity of mine is my own. Security should be the top priority for every account. While keeping everything secure, I would like to create a new passwords for Paytm but I’m not receiving.

This is now the most frustrating apps to use if we create a ticket in order to get the issue solved, nobody within this company will be concerned about the issue. It is impossible to get a response when we contact their customer support . We’ll receive automated messages. What is the reason why they disabling the customer support number even though it is not useful. I’ve raised the issue and it’s been 2 weeks and the issue which I’ve raised the ticket has not been resolved? I am assuming that it could take years to fix the issue. ……

Very Poor Customer Service. I’ve placed an order for an Paytm Sound box almost 3months back on the internet through Paytm which shows that it has been delivered, however in reality there was no Sound Box delivered, even after submitting so many complaints, without a response. over and above the fact that Paytm is charging monthly fees for an item that I haven’t received. When i contact customer service, they promise to return the money within 48 hours but they haven’t taken any action and even a letter to the nodal agent has not been successful. There is no accountability whatsoever !

In the past, it was working great I’m sure of that, however, in the in the last couple of days I’m cannot make any payment even though i’m unable to view the balance of my linked account. When i attempt to make a payment , it shows “something not right, try again later ” I try to contact customer service but it’s not able to connect. I’m not sure how I can fix this problem.

Worst customer service ever. The 24/7 chat does not provide me with a solution. The toll-free number doesn’t have an choice for contact with the customer service executive directly. I can’t believe that Paytm has been in existence for so long and yet their customer service is so shoddy. What do I enter as an inquiry number with no options to select from? I have paid for Google Play recharge and it’s stuck at being processed. What query should I choose?

I’ve used Paytm for over four years and I am able to say that this app has exceeded my expectations. It doesn’t matter if it’s a money transfer or bank transfer, or a the payment to a vendor or Fastag. The options are user-friendly and flexible and very user-friendly. Thanks to the fantastic team that created this strong app mall.

The worst customer service ever. Even after contacting them for 15 days and no response. The contact numbers are nil and do not solve the issue. The automated chatbot is the most ineffective chatbot you will encounter on the internet. To all real consumers…Shift to other great apps! This isn’t worth it.
