Great app! However my downloaded videos are having problem on my mobile phone. It happened with all the episodes I saved on different days / on different download dates. It said that I had successfully downloaded and saved them for offline viewing. However, they do not play with or without the Internet. Please correct it. I really like working in a place where there is no strong signal to the internet or data and watching my shows during leisure. Thank you! Hope to hear from you soon.
Never had an issue with the app before, but now it is not open !! It is my opinion that this is the result of the latest update. I tried to remove and download the app again but it did nothing … so now I can only watch it from my smart TV, not from the Chromecast or my phone! Paying for the service and not being able to use it was frustrating.
I’ll give the app 5 stars if you add a setting that allows me to hide the new floating “play something” button. Or remove it. I do not mind the bar with all the other buttons, but floating separately is very annoying. I know you are trying to highlight a new functionality, but it’s a little too much.
Audio has stopped working properly. It was fine before. The problem is, the setting always defaults to the Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 option, which does not work with my setup. The default would be the simplest option I think – it works flawlessly. Is there any way to change it to global default instead of show by show?
The app works well for it, but the layout is still ugly and awful to use to find anything. But the main reason I have with this app is not being able to download anything in the background. If I try to switch to another application I will get an error message in seconds and I have to go back again to restart it. This is honestly the most annoying thing I have ever seen in a high quality app.
I love Netflix, this app works great and shows a lot of shows I would never have seen if it weren’t for Netflix! I can not watch any show or movie for 2-3 days because whenever I try to open anything to see in the app. I can only hear the audio … the screen stays in the first frame from the movie clip or the distractions to the full flickering green. Please fix this asap. I tried to clear the application data, clear the cache, and reinstall. But the problem still persists.
I love the app but I hate it when you dub Korean plays I really do not see it because it makes me bugs. I know the voices of the actors, so it is not worth watching when you hear the dubbed ones, at least you can give us an alternative. I read the subtitles instead.
Everything about your app is pretty certain, but this Vivo phone has not been working properly with your application for a few months now. The screen freezes for seconds and I have to restart my phone several times because it does not allow me to watch any videos. I downloaded something but it still can’t play. This only allows me to be on the buffer side, where the circle rotates and spins.
I think the service is great, but the app works terribly on my device. This seems to be a problem for most people with this model phone (Samsung A10E), where the video freezes but the audio keeps playing. The only thing that fixed for me was erasing and reinstalling the app data from time to time, which was painful. Let’s hope this is a problem that can be solved soon.
That’s what you expect from Netflix. It is simple and easy to use. A second screen is also supported. However there is a major problem. If you give up a 3G or less data connection, the app will pull you out because your speed is slow. Now the main problem with this is that the app will not reset after you fix your connection, you really need to restart your phone every time.
