Edit- thanks for considering nevertheless while watching movies with !sync subtitles that popup was incredibly convenient which is gone that’s why lower rating for eliminating such great feature.

I’ll improve rating dependent on the changes.

For anyone who are having troubles with codec use custom codec from github

Used to be fantastic, however since I changed to a new phone my headphones can’t play/pause the videos anymore.

However, it seems like they’re working on resolving it so I’ll keep this at 4 stars and add the 5th when it’s repaired.

Cab we build in some system to sync with subtitles automatically.. like reading audio and synchronizing with subtitle..?

This is a broad request to bring in some automated notion.

Sometimes it is really difficult to synchronize the subtitle with audio.

If this feature is enabled, I hope everyone will enjoy it.. give it a thought..

I wish MX Player had the option to extract and copy text from the video, as you know occasionally text appears and I want to remove it from the video to make it easier for us.

I hope you will think about it to implement this functionality.

I like to play audio in the background AND occasionally utilize the floating player.

This new update had me hit the background button every time I want to play in the background, or it disables the floating video button if I chose background playback as default.

Works wonderfully!!

Purchased the pro version for I do not like having to deal with commercials and l’m loving this choice very very much!!

Some things are worth paying for.

Edit:- Please include online stream movies in pro version aswell.

One of maybe three applications I ever bought.

Despite the recent development of mild slowing difficulties while playing specific HD material from local storage, it has been and still is one of the greatest video player applications available on android.

VLC has made excellent development but it still somewhat misses the elegance this one has given from the get-go.

I use this program to watch car races in mp4 format on my 7″ tablet.

I could view them on a device with a larger screen but would miss the fantastic, intuitive touch-screen capability that MX Player Pro gives.

For example, for a ‘instant replay’, merely move your index finger to the left anyplace on the screen.

There are numerous additional beneficial features that I won’t get into here.

Other video player programs may be comparable but I haven’t had the urge to try them.

It’s easy to use and plays pretty much any video type you would want to play.

I use it for watching many of different files and it hasn’t had a problem yet.

interface is also fantastic and easy to understand out.

Having the pro version without commercials is absolutely worth it.

Minus one start though for no picture in photo mode, which several other programs can already accomplish.

Almost perfect.

Been using it for what feels like 10 years now.

The two enhancements I would propose would be to have configurable theme options and better organizing.

For instance, you place films in folders, and the icons are merely folders.

You can’t use your own photo as the icon, and it would be much better if it automatically gathered thumbnails from the internet for you.

That would be the finest.

The finest video player I’ve found so far on android.

It enables me watch the videos effortlessly, has easily changeable options that allow me to set it up exactly to my needs, and doesn’t have the instability of VLC.

I was really impressed that it simply took a few seconds to discover all my video files, and accurately apply the subtitles.

My only regret is not finding this sooner.

I truly enjoy this video player.

I went ahead and ordered the pro version totally worth it.

It also reads several formats of video.

Highly customisable player.

I encourage it those who are selective with their players.

It also offers a mode where you can minimize the photo window so you can do other things like surf the web or returns texts.

I mean you can do pretty much anything with it.

is one-stop-shop for the Android device in video player.

After 8 years of using free version, I’ve finally paid it.

I can’t think of any other video player that I would prefer use.

Totally worth the buy.

Near flawless app, with little space to improve.

I hardly come into mistakes so maybe that’s the only thing that needs addressing.

Also, I use the Note 9 and when I stretch a movie it sometimes goes beyond the 16:9 that I want to utilize, so maybe an easier means of managing the aspect ratio would be a nice upgrade.

This is the necessary media player for Android.

It’s really the gold standard.

Once you get the codec pack installed, everything just WORKS wonderfully.

Fast, straightforward, and complete.

It’s the MPC of Android when compared to VLC.

VLC might have an edge when it comes to functionality and flash, but MX reigns supreme with its flawless integration, stability, speed, and quality.

I’ve used it forever, and I can’t suggest this enough.

Certianly worth the upgrade.

Hands down the greatest video player.

Awesome gesture controls, codec support, everything.

The free version works wonderfully too but it’s truly worth flinging a couple of dollars to help the programmers and pull away the already very subtle advertisements.

Literally no problems.

Any time I felt I had an issue, it turns out it was my fault for doing something dumb I’d ignored.

As near as flawless as an app can get.

I had to use the app for 5 years now, and I converted to the pro version for ADs mostly, and lately the free version had an intolerable wait and now the delay is also in the commercial version.
