The application is not working. I’ve been using it for years and accidentally it doesn’t work anymore. I tried to get the paid version (again), he says I already used the free trial. But obviously you have to click on the free trial button to proceed and make a purchase. I’ve tried an unused email, it sends me an email to verify, every time it brings me to the Google Play Store to download an app (which is already here on my phone.) I uninstalled and reinstalled the app Done, to no avail. 😔😔😔
My subscription has also expired before using this application. The Google Play Store has asked for confirmation. I have tried more and more and I just got a notification “An unknown error has occurred. Please try again”. I tried repeating the app purchase (I bought it twice … !!!) and I still can’t use this app … please fix it.
The number of ads is just incredibly exciting. Advertising can sometimes start with each click. Plus the user interface is super busy and cluttered. No one insists on peace. Also, disappointed to see reminders for some pure ‘cultural programs’ that have no or disputed significance in Islam. Really shut me down after this app. Prayer instructions are also often corrupted.
I need ads to cover the cost I know, but it’s too high, I used another app but my friend told me, this app is really good. Ads are everywhere, whenever I go to check the time of prayer, ads, whenever I click on any tab, ads! You people are raising money by playing with Muslim sentiments !! Uninstall immediately. My older app is better with or without a premium subscription.
I am blind and I use a screen reader in my phone. In general, this app is nice. However, not every button is labeled as read by a screen reader. It’s just called a “button”. So I have to make a lot of adjustments to label the button, and I think it’s quite impractical.
I have subscribed to the annual subscription. But, the app is crashing now whenever I go to the premium section and before clicking on the restore link for premium. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but nothing works, still showing ads and still appearing as a free account in the account section. Please fix this as soon as possible, the purpose of subscription in Ramadan will be useless. Whenever I open the Quran section and I feel ashamed in the mosque, the useless videos with volume lume irritate the advertisements.
I am not a Muslim and I have paid for this application. It is really comprehensive and there are many translations in Quran for ENG. I paid because the free version has a lot of ads but it was cheaper than the new Quran. Ethan had to make noise with settings but lots of sound choices. I love the ability to share scriptures and widget quotes directly for prayer time. These ads are based on your own Google Analytics, so if you see something haraam, because you have looked at haraam things.
The app was complete until the latest update (April 6). Now the application is crashing. I was using a standard font that was available before the update in the previous version and the font is no longer available, and I find it very difficult to read. I have been using this app for 2 years now and I am buying a subscription, but this is just disappointing. I can’t even read the Quran as much as I could and that too just before Ramadan starts.
Except I use it on a daily basis, it really helps to keep your faith close, I especially like the daily articles. I use favorites to catch my favorite tunes. Now that Ramadan is among us I especially welcome the opening and closing times for fasting. Thanks, I have been using this app for years now, I recommend Muslim Pro !!
The only problem I need is that the app is OK. The only problem that is affecting me religiously is that after setting the alarms in the app, it will not be heard until the app is running or if I am using the app. Nothing will be heard until it’s passed, please fix it, run the app in the background and send a notification every time you close or exit the app completely Thank you
I like how everything is under one app and I don’t have to download many apps for dua and Quran lessons. But I get a lot of ads in between .. When I understand once but it pops up a lot and sometimes these playing ads come which really annoys me, I hope I don’t see a lot of ads. Rated 5 stars. If the ads weren’t a probe.
