REVIEW :
I’ve used Lite for a long time, but it no longer operates as well.
When I receive photographs or links in Lite these days, I merely see a gray bubble!
Also, I had message requests that kept showing up as unread messages but I could never find them.
Installed Messenger, and all is good again.
Goodbye, Lite.
Sad to have to change applications again.
Updating my review after a year: it’s good.
And I use it to my dump account (second account) and it works completely good for conversing with classmates, online pals.
But there is still missing features.
Dark Mode (but to certain devices that have dark mode already built in.
And, only in android 10 and higher like mine)
Unsend button, Reply To.
Though it’s inadequate but I simply use it as a secondary.
It’s fast to transmit messages and photographs movies but so it’s good if you are saving storage.
Good app, tends to be a little of a flooding notification when numerous messages are received, but having changed those parameters subsequently corrected it quickly.
It’s fast, easy to use and a message app, no needless tasks like accessing profile photographs when you click the photos, so that real wonderful, you open, reply, send, shut and forget u ever had to be anywhere else for that effort.
Its an excellent app, no lagging no freezing.
Simplifies conversing on Facebook and I like it
It’s pretty fantastic for a lite version specifically if your device is lagging to standard version which took up 15-30 sec. to operate normally.
But the problem of this light version is when someone calls, despite I repeatedly clicked the refuse button, it keeps ringing; also you cannot see if someone replied to your message in group chat therefore you have to visit the facebook lite if they replied to your message.
Does what I need it to accomplish.
Very greatly enjoy the compact footprint.
Acted up then functioned perfectly again:
Stopped obeying phone’s dark mode setting when I reset my phone.
No modifications made (that I knew off and approved) (that I knew off and approved).
Tried upgrading to the newest version and multiple reboots to no avail.
Bumped off 1 additional star as a consequence.
It then worked perfectly today.
Didn’t alter anything on my phone.
Returning the knocked off star as a “reward”.
Obviously Meta is encouraging us to convert to their new version.
But I preferred the light version.
Bloated overweight Meta doesn’t collect enough info from this app we need change to the new one so they can properly monitor our selections and deliver us the bestest advertisements.
Next..they will want us to pay to send and receive messages or something.
This version is loosing functions it appears.
I already refuse to post on my Facebook page anymore.
Won’t be long the book of faces loses me totally.
Recommended.
I’ve just downloaded it and made a voice call.
Crystall clean sound.
Not a millisecond time delay or anything in that kind.
I personally commend the developer for making such an application, a form of program which appears is tough for others to produce.

lite’s allegedly easier to use and lighter than the other messenger, its simplicity is extremely great.
I simply hope that they activate the dark mode here, and the responses option.

thus with the very recent upgrade, light become the facebook lite equivalent of messenger lite.
and frankly, I think it sucks.
i’m back on the previous version, I removed the upgrade.
well, the latest version offered the dark mode and all the stuff you can virtually do on messenger, but it sucks.
Much better than the complete app.
Little to no bloat, decent notification controls, and it loads quickly everywhere.
Its one issue, albeit a huge one, is you can’t react to messages.
Messenger Lite overall is quite handy especially since allowed to send mp3.
But the delivered and seen notifications have vanished which was an assurance that the recipient had received and seen the message
Had issue with the standard larger mb app constantly disconnecting from the network refused to rejoin to network
I’m experiencing problems with messenger lite app
the issue is emailing photographs and videos won’t do it at all absolutely has space for growth and needs it badly
once that no longer any difficulties I will modify my rating
It’s good for me!
This isthe greatest program that I discovered in all the Internet.
I never had any troubles when I found it and begun to use combined with Facebook Lite.
I love to use both together, they are easy to use without hassles!

Very good App when it comes to sending and receiving messages as soon as one could.
Even if Network is terrible, it manages to be able to perform efficiently and durable.
Nice app
I prefer to use this version of messenger as it doesn’t contain the features that I think superfluous.
I do have one recommendation, please incorporate the “respond” function in the future updates.
Other than that, the app operates smoothly.
I opt with Messenger Lite to conserve space.
Normally, it’s a terrific app.
But for some reason, when I email photographs, I don’t get to see the photo.
All I see is a text line that I can hold down on and download from there.
And this issue is exclusive to my tablet.
Neither of my phones do this, and everyone else can view the photographs absolutely well.
