The stories are practically useless to me. I try to take a picture from my gallery, and everything is fine for a second. Then, when trying to add text / stickers / etc, there is a black overlay across the display that does nothing for me (it could be adding text / stickers, typing or even posting an article.) Really the only reason I use Instagram. I like sharing quick posts with friends who are not necessarily on my page.

This is a good app. But for the last 2 weeks I have not been able to access my account. Every time I log in, it says it can’t refresh the feed. I restarted my phone, removed the app and reinstalled it, however, hey, it’s probably my phone, so I tried it on my computer and got the same result. I do not know what the update is or what it contains, but if any, it should be fixed. The last time this happened to me I went without any Instagram for 4 years and ID really liked not wanting to create a new account.

Update “Could not refresh feed”: This is because I’ve somehow violated community guidelines (I’m qualified), but Instagram does not tell you how / why / when this happens. If you have a problem like mine, go to Settings> Security> Access Data. Instagram needs to fix this and let people know.

This app is completely trash. I have been using this app for years and have a lot of memories on it but now it does not refresh the feed. It’s a story with nothing, a feed, a black screen with absolutely nothing. I’ll have to wait to see after the issue is resolved, get a new phone or reinstall what I did countless times from the first time the problem occurred, says Fix on the web. I cleared the cache and data and still got the same result.

Has been using Instagram for a few years. I loved it, but since they started filling the feed with Explorer pages, I totally hated it. It’s very dumb, I can go to the search page if I want to see things that do not follow. Now I rarely see my friends’ posts and I spend very little time on them. This is one of my favorite apps but now I am debating when to delete my account and app.
