The app was great. It works great. It does have some issues that require fixing. The main one is the quality of the show. Sometimes the video blurs and sometimes it breaks. It works most of the times well. Else no problem. It’s a great app!

This app was installed to watch Premier League. The video quality is not good enough.

I’ve read a few comments and it seems that most people are having the same problem. It doesn’t open on smartphones as well as iPads or laptops. If the problem doesn’t get solved ….., we are just wasting money.

If you stream live cricket matches and a player is injured, the wicket should be replayed at least once before turning to ads. There is enough time to show ads at the end each over. Please don’t broadcast cricket matches if you don’t have the budget. We are grateful.

Streaming is not optimised at 720p. Quality of ads is poor even though you pay a subscription. The pause screen blocks all view and prevents you from seeing details. It is quite irritating to be able to move forward or backward, which affects the audio quality.

It takes a lot of time to load any video, even after clearing the money and having a good internet connection. Despite numerous updates, there has been no improvement. Instead of adding more features, fix the problems in the current feature. The ad was 7 minutes long and I was watching a short film. You mean 7 minutes ka ad? It’s like spoiling a good platform.

You can’t log me out of my devices. Instead of tracking devices, track video playbacks. You can do it too, as Netflix does. Playback can’t be allowed if you have other players. Logging in does not mean that we are using it.

Before I rate, I need the team to fix a bug in this app that prevents it from working on WiFi. It’s very annoying.. I don’t understand what is wrong with this app. It’s important that it is fixed quickly. This is too difficult for me to post unless I give a rating. I am giving one star rating. Once the bug has been fixed, I will award rating that is due

Horrible. I signed up for one month to be able to watch T20Wc. I have downloaded full HD movies so that I can watch them without any network problems. The downloaded movies aren’t playing and I had to restart my phone every time the movie was in play. It was horrible. I regret for my subscription.

The streaming video quality has improved since the last update. The minimum pixel is now 480p. You are responsible for deleting the data. The minimum size of the movie that can be downloaded is now 400MB. This has been increased to 1GB. The previous version has lots of quality that can be steamed. By forcing us to recharge more, you are stealing our money. You should really think about the subscriber and not just from the network provider’s perspective.

Team, I noticed that every week or so updates are rolling out. However, I’m still a little puzzled by the fact that hotstar is not able lock screen feature streaming and also does not allow for downloading to an external storage (SD card). Netflix, on the other hand, I believe provides less updated features but still has these basic features. This type of basic feature should be rolled out, please think.

Worst application. I registered with 499/- per month and a connection of one member. It takes me two times to transfer my account to another person. That is 499/- twice. I’m now going to complain about it with my time, which will be wasted. Don’t put too much faith in others.

Hotstar, I ask you to reduce the amount of ads as well as the limits of ads. We will only find one ad per 30 seconds if there are three. My opinion is that there should be no more than 1 or 2 ads, and each ad should last 10 seconds. It was okay, but not great. I ask that you reduce the amount of ads and make sure it is no more than 10 seconds. Please work quickly on it. Plz plz plz Its my great request. . . Thank you. We are grateful

Worst customer service. No way to contact WhatsApp to get help. My subscription was not activated after I recharged. Also, my account was blocked even though I had successfully recharged. Even after all this I got no reply on Twitter/email/WhatsApp. It was a waste of 1499 and there is no way to get a refund. This app is not recommended.

This app was not used by me. I updated it regularly. I had raised a complaint about hotstar’s majar bug almost a month ago. But you have not fixed the problem. Problem: When I watch any hotstar show, it suddenly displays full-screen green.. This is a major defect. I am very disappointed with this product. Although vip is what I bought to enjoy shows, it has many bugs that have cost me a lot of money. I request that you fix this bug.
