Grindr is a standard app in my phone.

Yeah it crashes occasionally and what not, but what app doesn’t?

The only problem is that when you submit photographs, it always seems to post them in a lesser quality than they are.

They come out a bit hazy, sometimes a lot more blurry than the original.

And then people believe you’re a bogus profile.

Overall, it is a decent software it still has quite a few bugs that need solved.

Sometimes my messages won’t transmit and I have to close down the app and reload it for it to send.

I know it’s not my connection because my connection is normally quite reliable.

It’s been a continuous issue since b4 the epidemic though.

Lastly, the adverts Sometimes won’t play therefore the app basically stops up when that happens.

Fix these to obtain a wonderful 5* evaluation from me.

DoorDash Ad constantly crashing app.

I’m not against advertisements or wait 12 seconds until it is through, but DoorDash Ad is something other.

Everytime it displays, it does not matter how I attempt to either wait until it us done or skip it, it crashes Grd app and leaves the screen blank.

It is when I have to restart the phone.

Unfortunately the Doordash Ad comes approximately 15 times while I’m using grd, hence I have to restart my phone 15 times.

It is becoming really bothersome.

The distance shown here doesn’t change.

I may see someone at 1000 feet distant when I’m say at home.

Then, let’s imagine I drive somewhere – simply anywhere where the distance should either go further or closer.

It doesn’t – even if they’re online.

It stays the way it was when I was home.

Can you guys solve this?

You’re continually upgrading the app, but never the distance

Favourites with no profile images are now displaying the same profile pics or some of my other ‘favourites’.

Luckily the profile nicknames have kept right else I may have some explaining to do for wrong messaging.

Would be wonderful if you had a ‘known technical issues’ blog or something, because your support site only troubleshoots – and there’s no sense troubleshooting if it’s genuinely an issue with the program.

FB, insta etc are simply your socials thus no app problem updates there.

Why?

After finally choosing yesterday to give Unlimited a shot, I open the app today to discover everything failing to update.

After a lot of faffing following the help+ troubleshooting guidelines to no effect, tried uninstalling.

Now I can’t log in.

Opened a support ticket.

Not impressed.

Frankly this seems like really solid grounds for a refund.

Edit: outstanding customer service response- added two stars.

Doesn’t affect the app quality, though- CS shouldn’t have to undertake damage control.

Ups and recently downs – the newest upgrade simply wiped all my texts.

Thankfully I had a recent backup, but I’m extremely upset since now I’m having to reconnect with folks a day out from my previous backup one of which I was having a terrific chat with and could be gone now.

I pay for an annual membership nonetheless this should not be occurring especially for those wishing to keep current.

I have made a request to see if I may retrieve these texts to customer support

I keep attempting to upgrade to unlimited and it informs me that I am not eligible for the purchase as I have a running xtra membership (until June 4th) which I also can’t manage to recover.

This is the second time that this has happened where I’m not able to restore my purchase and neither can I re upgrade it’s incredibly annoying

Pretty amazing experience online and offline!

Only issue I have is when I leave the app, even with background usage on, it goes into “offline mode” or loses connectivity and I can’t send messages unless I forcibly restart the program.

Ideally less commercials, but at least no christian ads, what’s up with that?

The current increasing limits of Xtra alone notably in the fresh department is homophobic.

And make likes smaller tiles like the main page, so much simpler to use.

Otherwise this app is bad for your self confidence and a clear image how guys are typically unpleasant, would 100% recommend

The app is nice, albeit it can be a bit of a drag to have to pay either a monthly or an annual price to get all of the features when other apps don’t do so.
