Please note that the phone has a built-in application manager.

In reality, it is a system utility with no games or features, so reading reviews that refer to it as a game makes me laugh.

Besides running applications, its only use is not available to the average user!

It does not have a shortcut to open the program.

It runs in the background and is launched automatically each time you turn on your phone. Its sole purpose is to launch other apps.

I’ve had this “Google Play services keep halting” pop-up every two seconds for a week now.

Even on my phone, I’m unable to do anything useful.

There has been no response to the thousands of comments I’ve made.

I’ve tried everything from deleting the cache to resetting the phone with no luck.

Help! My phone won’t work until you solve this!

When this program is running in the background, it acts like a hacking app, quietly acquiring information.

As accusations of terrible disruptions keep piling up every second, there is no other explanation as to why Google hasn’t solved this issue.

A sense of disempowerment pervades the atmosphere.

Clearing the cache isn’t going to help.

Making a small change only says, “Got it.” to the user.

Nothing is happening.

Is there any way I might be helped by the developer?

It’s a must-have app for Android, but it frequently malfunctions and drains your battery, like it is currently doing for me.

It isn’t listed in the Google Play Store, and it isn’t even updated when it is in need of an update.

I finally updated it, and I’m crossing my fingers that this battery-sapping behavior will come to an end.

Please, Google, correct this.

If I didn’t upgrade the app, it wouldn’t open or load.

There was nothing I could do to fix the problem.

Because of an error in my log-in, I discovered that I had logged out of my old email account while it was still active.

If you or anyone else is experiencing this issue, you might want to remove any emails for which you are not currently logged in.

Fortunately, it worked for me in the same way.

There are many useful features in this app, but I’m frustrated by the constant need to upgrade it, which results in errors such as “Can’t Install Google Play Services.” I tried all of the “popular remedies” and none of them worked.

Please fix the issue, whether it’s with the Google Play Store or Google Play services.
