REVIEW :

This app is OK in usual sense except that when you get into applying for something.

For instance when I sought to improve my account level, the field to input the mother’s name was not opening and instead showed ‘na’ entries.

So I skipped it.

Later a customer care person. told me that my request was refused because I didn’t disclose my mother’s exact name.

I am still waiting for the addressal of my complaint, filed at least a week back.

Please include a view or Hide Balance button in the app.

Sometime we don’t want people to show our balance while launching app in front id them.

By the way the app is Great, works flawless, lot more fluid than JC, Zindigi and other applications.

I adore this app.

The use of this software is really straightforward and nice.

I never have any trouble, mistake or issue while using or sending money.

But , I participate so many times in one rupe game but I never win .

Please provide prize to normal users.

I enjoy it because its pace of sending money is really rapid.

the only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because once I paid the gas bill using easypase and the bill didn’t get paid, but money was detected from my account.

I tried everything, but didn’t receive the money and ended up paying the amount again.

I think this’ll enhance their service.

Apart from that easypase is quite helpful in daily use.

User friendly developed.

Easy to browse and now a days they have increased the limit for transactions on monthly and yearly basis.

You only need to validate and raise you level.

When you are performing something or want to conduct some urgent transaction, the system will be busy!!

Infact it’s constantly bustling!!!

I’m encountering an issue with upgrading my account to Asaan Digital account.

It stucks at the end while shooting a selfie shot.

The shutter button to click image doesn’t accomplish anything.

Is there anything I should do to overcome that.

Great app.

However, it requires some fixes.

Like when I examine my transaction history, no data about charge is available in receipts.

Rather it shows practically every purchase as FREE.

Similarly, while sending transaction history to my mail ID, app shows success message but I never received (not even in spam folder) my transaction history.

Otherwise finest app as compared to its competition.

I need guidance regarding one item.

Whenever I try to subscribe the zong monthly internet subscription, an error appear on easypaisa app.

This is occuring for last 4-5 months.

Can you advise me for this, implies I can’t activate a package straight through easypaisa app.

Only easyload option is functioning.

This app deserves more than 5 stars but the only criticism is that it charges rupees 20 after three bills which is not a rational thing.

Me and many other businesspeople have more than one properties thus we have to pay 20 rupees more each time .

It is a first move towards this app users that you would charge specific amount after three transactions.

I have been using it for almost 5yrs now.

I absolutely enjoy its easy to use UI.

To be honest, this software lives true to its moniker “Easypaisa”.

It definitely makes your life EASY when it comes to the digital realm of money transfer or paying online.

I ABSOLUTELY love this app.

Overall I have found this software quite useful, but from a week or two its not working correctly.

Every time I want to perform a transaction It says invalid request please contact 3737 for assistance.

I had accepted simple loan and now I want to pay it back, however Because of this situation I couldn’t.

Please fix this problem.

The Ux/ui is fantastic, love how user friendly and lively it is.

If you can perhaps add a conceal option on account balance, that would be nice.

Had a conversation with your representative and they mentioned there is some issue to which is why there is a delay and we are working on it.

I have updated my details like month ago and your system is stinks didn’t authorized it yet.

Second, I’m getting loans from you since you guys started I recently paid the loan amount and apply for a new one and your system didn’t authorize that.

I want to upgrade my account but app indicates “Your Mobile Number is not registered against your CNIC”.

Earlier my sim was not registered on my CNIC but now I have registered it on CNIC and app exhibiting same issue of sim registration.. please addressed this ASAP.
