Duolingo is an awesome app! I studied Norwegian and Spanish, and I got good results from both of them. However, I wish there were podcasts and news in all languages, because they are not accessible to me in Norwegian. On a PC, you can access events with duolingo, but in the app, I never found out how to access that feature yet. All in all, I think duolingo is a great app, and I definitely recommend it to all my friends!

I have been using the free version for a month now, and I think it is a great way to learn a new language. It’s a little cold: sometimes it gives you the same frase to translate it (if I get the same 4 times in a row), the app stops as soon as I find the values ​​so I need to turn on and off again, and some words are not recognized by the microphone.

I love this app! The UI is nice, very easy to use, and you can actually learn the language – FREE! Ads for free use don’t end there, either. The only suggestion I have is to be able to type in lessons. It is the only one that deals with the placement of accents and when you type all this speech in the wrong language. Use this app – it’s amazing !!

As an expert in language learning, I can see that this app is trash. Will you learn something by using it? Sure, but your progress will be slower than if you were using another tool. The concept of the app and the program itself is good, but its content and curriculum is questionable. For one thing, it enables you to become accustomed to many unwanted sentences that you will not actually use. Vocabulary selection is also not good in some cases. If I were you, I would use a textbook instead.

It is not possible to find out more about the cost of Plus subscriptions. Nothing within the app itself, or on the website there is nothing about the price of the Plus subscription. This makes the request in my opinion very unreliable.

It is easy to use free language lessons, with less disruptive ads. My only problem is that it relies on US English and courses are constantly being reviewed. The past can cause problems in another study, when they do not accept the usual British speeches. The latter is usually good, but it can be a little frustrating when you think you are about to graduate and a new class is added. All in all though it is a good tool to start or develop language skills in a variety of languages.

As you progress through language, or make your native language fun, you will find that small languages ​​have many errors / grading system is not flexible enough. You begin to notice the lack of a real teacher in other words. There is also a point where you realize that you are only reading a small corpus of phrases and there is no grammatical definition at all. At some point in the presentation the grammar may be helpful, especially if you are learning a language far removed from your own.

This is not my first language learning program. I ended up spending a lot of money and I never used the first one and it was hard to throw it away. This is free, but I use it all the time so I upgrade to a premium that eliminates ads and provides additional learning tools. Such a smart, painless system. I used to play Sudoku or a little phone app in the waiting rooms or when I was bored. Duolingo satisfies that need but now I know some Spanish! Try it, it’s free, it’s fun.

I was successful in learning German for the first time. I have been working with Duolingo for a very long time. The only part I could improve on would be a grammar book online to get detailed information about specific rules, why, syntax, etc. Another issue I have specifically to translate into English sometimes is not the way English English is actually spoken. Continued development and improvement of language systems were consistent.
