REVIEW :

This emulator tries all it can to deter you from using it.

continuous advertisements some of which may be malware.

“coins” needed to play the games(gotten via purchases or ads)…not a nice interface.

I wish they’d have just made it only operate for 20 minutes and called it a demo and skipped the crap.

On the other hand PS2 games play it appears, which is better than some of the other “PS2” emulators I’ve seen.

If they got rid of the crap so that those testing the “free” version received a decent impression of what the developers accomplished well instead of a poor experience of commercials, I believe they’d sell more of the premium version too.

No actual tweaking choices for visuals, audio or the engine.

Super lagging in both visuals & sound.

Can’t modify button layout.

and there’s no heat engine file to remove for fps.

Half the games wont save the state.

Great concept & id want to see what future upgrades bring therefore I wont refund.

I just downloaded for all the Final Fantasy games so am hoping you make all of those compatible, especially 10 & 12.

Keep up the wonderful job.

my game appears pretty glitchy but that’s probably due to my ISO.

runs good.

it is totally LITERED with advertising.

there are adverts that crop up and entirely block the screen that you can leave out of after 5 seconds but the tend to make the whole app stop responding.

to even play a game you have to watch a 30 second commercial.

and then see a 30 second commercial anytime you flip your screen.

also dont have the ability to save.

the full version costs 10 bucks because the dev’s are gigantic dicks but yep, it works

Tested half a dozen titles out such as Castlevania, Final Fantasy X and Spyro, all run at playable rates, there are some nasty slowdowns at times but that’s anticipated with emulation since it’ll never be flawless, the only way to play games properly is to run the games on the original hardware.

The verification can be bothersome as it requires the internet but doesn’t always function regrettably.

Got the professional edition, and it runs, fairly nicely.

UFE3 ran remarkably smoothly, even with the odd pauses.

That said, the fact that you still need internet, even when you have the professional, somewhat sucks.

Hoping that it wouldn’t take much internet to validate, else I’ll be severely disappointed.

Okami ran quite slow, therefore looking forward to the next update.

Runs surprisingly smooth with no difficulties at all.

Graphics seem better than typical PS2, no bugs or advertisements if you acquire the premium version, if not, there will be 30 sec adverts continually.

You might not be able to save the game properly if you don’t have the full version.

I was only able to store state which potentially cause complications.

One little downside is when you exit out of the game, it resets the emulator, so save before checking guidelines on your phone when switching from chrome to the emulator app and back again.

It’s not too horrible, definitely not on the level of Dolphin however.

The most significant point is that can handle a lot of games at an acceptable frame rate, but you do need need a fairly powerful phone.

My 865 is suffering but I do think this will run quite smoothly with 888.

The bad English is quite bothersome, the settings and personalization is actually fairly amazing.

I was able to play all the games I tested and generally at 60 fps.

Impressive.

I’m using the Pro version, the free version is horrible…

My experience with this has been wonderful.

The only difficulties I have with this software are as follows:

Cannot play offline, the left joystick does not function if you want your character to travel downwards, the controls as a whole are really not fantastic, I’d use a physical controller if possible, certain controllers don’t work.

Rainbowing/clipping, shadow graphics issues, occasionally saves don’t work (perhaps my bios) yet save states are reliable.

This is a superb ps2 emulator for Android, it’s worth the $10.

After some tough setup, the game played Semi-smooth and was totally functional.

All that was hindering anything was the fact that I needed to buy the ability to save my game, and in order to just ACCESS a game that I already owned, I would have to either pay for coins, or watch multiple adverts, even though there’s essentially advertising everytime you do anything.
