The game is beautiful and very fun, I bought a pack and I couldn’t reach the special drawing of the infinite heroes. I sent an email to customer support with my reciept and a photo showing that I could not get the unlimited hero draw and they told me I could, when it clearly showed that I needed to buy it again.
