Almost two years later, and every time I launch the game, I am relegated to level 1, despite the fact that I am logged into my Google account!

Moreover, I believe it is completely ludicrous that the only option to have it rectified is to contact you directly through the game’s interface.

Given that you can read and comment to reviews, you should already be aware of the issue!

This game has been a part of my life for six years.

I had linked my Facebook account in order to save my progress through the game.

Upon completing the most recent upgrade, I was redirected to level 1 and instructed to login with my Facebook account.

Each time I attempt to log in, the warning “You appear to be offline” appears on the screen repeatedly.

This content can only be accessed on a computer with an internet connection.

I suspected that I was receiving this warning because I was connected to a VPN, so I attempted to connect without one, but I still receive the same message after I am away from the network.

We are in desperate need of a major glitch update.

It is necessary to log on every time.

It takes approximately 3 minutes to fully load.

Each game necessitates a complete reset of all settings.

Despite the fact that I’m virtually finished with land 115, I’m always downloading it.

The fact that it has been my favorite, trouble-free game for a long time makes me reluctant to say goodbye unless the problem is resolved.

This is my favorite game, and I’ve been enjoying it for quite some time.

There used to be greater prices on games with endless lives.

My money is currently being devoured by the game.

I lost 2 1/2 hours of play time a few weeks ago, which support was kind enough to make up for—thank you.

When you purchase a continuing play, you will receive an hour of endless time as a bonus.

The last three times I purchased it, the time was displayed, but if you leave the game for any reason, your lives are reset to five.

THERE WERE THREE TIMES.

This is only effective if you complete your hour in one sitting.

I’m not pleased.

I’m on the lookout for a new game.

Since the last update, every time I start the game, it automatically places me in the same game that I won the previous time. I can’t move on until I’ve played this game again.

I’ve done this three times and am still not satisfied.

We used to get six little sparkly objects at the beginning of each game, but now we only get one.

Please fix your game; I’ve missed it and would like to play again.

I have been unable to access or open Cascade for the past couple of weeks.

You can choose to “uninstall” or “submit feedback” from the menu.

When I choose to send feedback, it directs me to a computer that has internet access.

After hundreds of levels in Cascade, I am confident that if I uninstall it, I will discover a game that I haven’t wasted years on!

Let’s get all of these review issues resolved as soon as possible!

It gets four stars because of how much I used to adore the game.

In other words, since since the update with the three new territories was released, the game appears to have lost track of its location.

I’ve successfully opened and played all three, and I now have Land 115 to show for my efforts.

However, every time the game starts up, it informs me of the special buried gems; I’ve earned the star for completing seven bonus levels at least half a dozen times; the treasure caves are explained every time I visit one; and, since Land 115 was released, it has to be downloaded each time I open Cascade to play the game.

I’m sorry to tell that my experience was less than satisfactory.

I couldn’t login in because the game kept crashing.
