I used to use three other applications to edit my images, but after using this one, I’m convinced it’s superior to the others. There are a plethora of useful instruments for improving one’s appearance. Edits may be made quickly and easily by blurring, removing unwanted elements, or creating collages. The ability to use effects on selfies and movies is fantastic. However, the video I took lacked sound, which was a shame. It’s possible that they’ve solved it, or it might have been an issue with my phone.

This is the only app I use, and I’ve had a premium subscription for the past two years. Until recently, the app thought I was “offline” when in fact I wasn’t. I can no longer utilize half of my premium features since I need to download the filters, stickers, effects, etc. Not even resetting the app’s permissions or reinstalling it solved the problem for me. It’s disappointing that I can’t use the features I’ve paid for. Please investigate.

Initially, I gave this app a perfect score of 5 stars. However, by the end of 2021, the HD Retouch function will have completely stopped operating. When I tried to utilize it, I got a blank screen with the text “waiting” every time. It would fail after 5 minutes of “waiting.” This software still has a huge problem with that. It hasn’t been repaired yet, unfortunately. There is a possibility that their servers are overloaded with traffic. I don’t know what to tell you about it. However, in its current state, the app is completely useless to me. So many bogus reviews, too.

It’s the best photo program I’ve ever used. I’ve used it to create some stunning images. They also provide excellent customer service. Whenever I brought up a concern about an issue with the app, someone reached out to me right away to see if I could help. It was repaired in a jiffy.

I used to use this program when it was free with the option to upgrade to the premium version if you wanted more capabilities. Subscriptions are now required for use of the service. Because I only use it sometimes, I don’t see the value in subscribing on a regular basis. I would have continued to use it if I could afford to pay a modest fee for each image. I’m disgusted that the developers have been so petty.
