Fantastic digital cartooning tool! In particular, those who are just starting out in the world of animation. But I do have a major issue. It costs a lot of money for a lot of unnecessary features, notably the audio, layers, and onion. Those are the barest essentials for a no-cost app with paid upgrades. I could waste a lot of time watching 2 commercials in order to utilize audios and layers for the rest of the day. My program frequently freezes up on me as well, and when it does it always gives me an error and deletes everything I’ve done on the layer. When it comes to smartphone animation apps, FlipaClip is my top pick. I learned to animate on FlipNote, and the UI in FlipaClip is very similar, making the transition a breeze. I paid the extra for the premium version many years ago and have never been sorry. The limited functionality of the tools is frustrating, especially the inability to modify selections and the awkward color interface. However, as someone who bought Premium before it was offered via subscription, I think the monthly model is bad. There’s something off about Flipaclip Plus since I already paid for Premium, but I get access to everything I paid for. If there isn’t already, may there be an option to clip content? That seems like it may be helpful. Although I have only been using it since late 2019, I can already say that it is the finest mobile animation program I have ever used. Unfortunately, even after erasing and reinstalling the software, I am still unable to access its heritage functions, and the program offers no explanation as to why. It’s discouraging to think I might have to use something else even when I submit a valid audio file, because I can’t trim it and I can’t post it in whole. Flipaclip is great, but I just can’t afford to keep up with the memberships. It was fun while it lasted though. The software serves its purpose well. Instead of positioning an object where you want it, predicting how many frames it will take to get it there, and then moving it back to its original place slightly offscreen, I think you should make there a space outside the camera region so you can put anything outside the camera and bring it in. Perhaps you could include a toggle switch? The only real issue is how frequently it crashes. The user interface is also quite straightforward. The ability to change the interface’s aesthetics beyond the standard tool colors. How much memory does this software require, and what is the optimal amount? I think it would be enjoyable to give this a shot. Other drawing applications have served me well, but I think it would be great to try my hand at animation. But coloring remains difficult for me; is there any way you might make it easier? For instance, the bucket tool’s fill area will be limited to the area within the lines of a drawing, rather than the entire screen. In which you can only color what you haven’t already colored in the preceding layer. It’s an excellent piece of animation software. Since about the middle of the year 2021, I’ve been utilizing it. But I believe the new flipaclip + thing is kind of lame, since when I tried to animate, all the premium features disappeared. I went so far as to check another review to see if the omission was on purpose, but it wasn’t. I’m revising my earlier critique. The program works well and is simple to use, making it ideal for novices. Sorry, Flipaclip, but since you made Premium a recurring charge, the money I have spent on it is now wasted. It cost me €12, yet I still can’t use all the premium features. You don’t have access to high-quality tools like wonderful brushes or an effective eraser, the software frequently crashes, etc. I can see why they’d rather use a different software. I’m not sure if I can maintain this attitude.
